This fully furnished and renovated home is ideal for the family looking to see all the sights of Phoenix and Central Arizona! 2500 square feet of living space with a single story open floor plan; beautiful Mexican tile throughout, easy access to the new pool and entertainment area. Use the private hot tub, bar-b-que and orange and lemon orchard.

New mattresses in each bedroom. 3 bedrooms: 2 Queen-sized plus 2 twins that convert to a King.

The completely maintenance free front yard boasts beautiful plantings with underground watering systems throughout. The home is walled and a security system is installed. Three bedrooms,each with a bath/shower and closet, a spacious dining area/kitchen which looks out onto the bar/entertainment area and pool. A quiet DISH/Satellite TV room with DVD player is located off the dining area. The attached garage features an automatic garage opener and contained entryway to the home. There is even a large gated RV slot, as well as off the street parking for three cars.

Southwest furnishings throughout, tastefully decorated, DSL Internet connection, air conditioning and fans in each bedroom as well as the dining and TV room make for gentle circulation throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, stove and microwave, pot and pans and dishes. Washer and dryer are also here. Privacy is assured by the stucco walls that encompass the home from the orchard area and pool to the RV slot. You will be in your own little heaven, leaving the noise and stress of the outside world behind once you enter this charming stuccoed enclosure.

Centrally located in Mesa close to the Old Town with easy access to Route 60. Minutes away from downtown Mesa, Fiesta Mall, Scottsdale and 20 minutes from SkyHarbor Airport.

Major attractions abound: local golf courses, theatres, banks, shopping malls, restaurants museums, hospitals and churches are nearby. Local supermarkets are two blocks away from your door.

    Great vacation site and great home! Lots of room to relax and work.... and we could dine and watch the pool at the same time from the poolside room. The new Pebble tech liner is perfect and the new air conditioning unit keeps everything cool. Stone floors are great too. So glad we came back again this year. Looking forward to next year in Phoenix!

  • This is an older home that has been renovated and has tons of living space for guests to spread out. It is approximately 3 miles from Hohokam Ballpark (Go Cubs!) and there is a grocery store within walking distance. Tons of resources for things to do and maps are provided to get you there. We loved Organ Stop Pizza and the Mesa Arts Center. The pool is not heated so only hardy swimmers can take advantage in the "winter" months. It was great to have a computer and printer available to print our boarding passes.

  • The house was inviting from the outside but the moment the door closed behind us we felt like we were in our own world. The house is beautifully furnished with all the comforts. We truly felt like we were in our own place. The pool and the yard felt the same way. Don't know exactly when we'll be back, but if the opportunity comes up to spend another week in Mesa, we know where we'll be. Thank you very much for a wonderful "home base" for our vacation.

  • Our Extended Family rented this place between x- mas and New Year's. This is a great place to stay in the Phoenix area. It's close to everything. Very spacious and great for entertaining. We enjoyed the Hot Tub area and the spacious living quarters. Jeff was accomodating and friendly. We will definately recomend this place to friends and would rent it again if we return to the area.
