A beautiful, well kept home with all of the luxury of being in your own digs. My husband, son and I are tackling the 815 mile Arizona Trail at the rate of about 100 miles per year during our 10 day vacation each spring. This home was our last stop for this year's adventure and we were delighted to see that the property and its amenities were all they are advertised to be and more. Don't be fooled by humble curb appeal. The home is beautifully appointed, the beds comfortable, the linens first rate. And then there's the pool! Sparkling clean and even though it measured in at a cool 78 degrees F, we ventured in to cool off in the heat of the day and it was delightful. All of our transactions with the Constens went smooth as silk. If we have occasion to stay in Mesa again for a few days, this will definitely be our first choice!

We stayed at this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute. Belinda was a gem to deal with and the home had everything we needed. Space, pool, spa, extra bathrooms/bedrooms, being able to park our car in the garage and out of the hot Arizona sun, and lots more. We were fortunate to be able to take our little doggies with us as well and it was absolutely a perfect place for us to spend a couple of days while in town for a wedding. The manager had everything ready for us although we never had the pleasure to meet in person. we mostly spoke with Belinda over the phone and she is so nice! We will definitely consider coming back and rent this home next time we are in the Mesa area.

A Home to Celebrate

Eight of us (ages 21-65) spent a delightful long weekend in this welcoming, southwest style home. We were in Mesa for a family birthday celebration, arriving from five different cities. The house is well-situated between the Phoenix and Mesa Airports. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere of the house; the adobe, tile floors, and lots of regional art/wall hangings. It truly feels like your are staying in someone's home that has been expanded with loving care over the years. The house is situated on a lot and a half, and nearly every square foot has been utilized. The bed configurations are king, double, and three twins, consequently the youngest in our group slept on a couch. This was not ideal, but it worked fine for our three night stay. The highlights for us included the spaciousness of the layout, 3 bathrooms, TV room with large couches, large tables used for eating and playing games, and the hot tub under the citrus trees. Although located near a busy street, it was very quiet throughout our stay. The computer access had a glitch when we got there, so we contacted the property manager. We were very impressed that she came over right away and worked at it until it was fixed. All eight of us would highly recommend this house rental!

Minor things that could impact a vacation my happen when renting a full house rather than a hotel room, but quick responses are the rule when the property manager deals with only our homes. Peaceful shangri la; for a family reunion

My family visited this lovely home for a family reunion; the home provided the space we needed to relax. Prior to choosing this home I read many of the reviews. Pictures do not do this house justice. The landscaping at the front of the home is stunning. The home is centrally located; and right on the corner of a busy street; but inside the house, at the pool and hot tub it was peacefully quiet and you feel totally seculded. Our mother especially liked the Southwestern Decor; tastfully done and loved the Sautille tile floors. Our trip was in August!! So HOT! but the shaded area by the hot tub was a retreat at any time of day; and the air conditioner did a great job of keeping the house cool. This home turned out to be the perfect place to sit and reminisce we didn't go out much but when we did; it was right around the corner for shopping and resturants. I did not meet the owners but would like to thank them for sharing their beautiful home with us.

We have had many gatherings at our home because it is so spacious and inviting. Lots of room to enjoy the pool and weather, to soak away the travels of the day in the private hot tub area or relax by the pool or dine just off the poolside while the kids swim.... The house is close to everything, but private and sheltered from everyday noises. Easy to navigate too because it is on one level. Great for those with mobility issues.... convenient for elders: even the bathrooms are easy to access! Come and vist: stay to relax, enjoy Phoenix and its pleasure.. and then invite the friends!

Perfect for us

We rented this home for a first time trip to the Phoenix area to attend our son's wedding. We had 7 adults, including elderly parents, and two very small children. The home fit our needs perfectly. There was enough space for everyone to spread out, find their place to relax and spend time together as a family. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grill area and the fruit trees were a great treat for us. The location was perfect for our needs and most anything we needed was a short drive away. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet and we liked the fact the pool/backyard area was walled for privacy. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this home. Belinda was great to work with and we are grateful for her allowing us to use her home.

Relaxing get-away accommodation

We had booked this home for two couples but it ended up just the two of us so we had plenty of room. Spent most of it on the deck by the pool when we weren't off hiking in the Superstition mountains. We ate dinner in every night and made good use of the BBQ. The air conditioning was very effective. I loved the decor and landscaping and we enjoyed the fresh oranges. It was great to have the computer and internet so we could keep in contact with news back home. This home would be ideal for 2 to 3 couples or a family. We used a rental car to get around but a lot of amenities were close by as well.

Owner response:Our great location is REALLY close to everything! Golf, dining, sightseeing.... 4 minutes from the Mesa Arts Center and many spring training locations! Don't feel you have to go out... just lounge around the pool and enjoy the Bar-B-Que and privacy!

Great vacation site and great home! Lots of room to relax and work.... and we could dine and watch the pool at the same time from the poolside room. The new Pebble tech liner is perfect and the new air conditioning unit keeps everything cool. Stone floors are great too. So glad we came back again this year. Looking forward to next year in Phoenix!

What a wonderful home to spend a family vacation! We had six adults staying in this clean, well kept home. It was so much more spacious than I could have imagined. There was plenty of room for everyone and the three bathrooms was a huge plus! The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to see an assortment of "restaurant" condiments in the refridgerator for our use! The pool was so relaxing and offer many hours of fun. Belinda is wonderful to work with and very accomodating. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful stay at this home which is in the perfect location for just about everything. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with many amenities including a Food City within walking distance. Perfectly situated a short drive off highway 60 makes getting anywhere very easy. The garage parking, orange and grapefruit trees, along with internet access and printer were all added bonuses. Great stay

My friends and I have stayed at this location for a number of years now. The location is centrally located for shopping and golf. Hwy 60 is about a mile away and will link you to anywhere in Phoenix and the surrounding areas quickly. Any minor concerns we have had over the years have been handled quickly with no problems. I would recommend the house to anyone, especially golfers who will be able to find a number of reasonably priced courses within a short drive. Gold Canyon is a about 35 minues away and bring breathtaking view and wonderfull golf. We find this house to be a great place to stay.

Second visit even better than the first

Rented the house again for the second year, and wow, it was even better than i remember. Ron was once again on the ball, and the house is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Close to everything, quiet, and the neighbors waved and said good morning every day! Will definitely rent again, and again, and again!

Owner response:Wait until you see the changes we have made to the pool and landscaping when you come next year! The new air conditioner is more powerful and keeps the entire house cool in the summer so you can enjoy the indoors after that great sunbathing and swimming time at the patio area. The pebble tech pool is going to make your stay all that much more enjoyable, as is the large gas grill. New linens and bedding, additional cooking units and grills and slow cookers..... why work hard when you are on vacation! I know that you and your friends will love the additions, and we look forward to having your again!

We had young children with us who are crawling and they turned completely black after crawling on the floors, even after I throughly mopped the floor. This house is not very child friendly, for instance there is no fence around the pool. The sliding door is about two feet from the pool, an accident waiting to happen. I would not suggest renting this house if you have smaller children. The light bulb issue from another review, has not been resovled, about half of the light bulbs in the house did not work. Something that you cannot see from this picture is that the house is not in a very good neighborhood and it is on the corner of a main street, so lots of traffic and noise.

Owner response:As the owner of the house I appreciate positive and negative feedback. Our rating is 99% positive. Any negatives are addressed where possible to insure that our future guests are happy. During the week these guests stayed with us there was no communication as to any problems. Access to the pool is through a door that has a child safety bar and is off a room that can be closed off from the rest of the house. If this is done there should be no issues with security. Gramma's concern about the floors will be addressed when toddlers are known to be in the group. Our neighborhood is typical of Phoenix, and the neighbors welcome our guests with privacy and help when needed. No one could ask for more. Mesa is a busy part of greater Phoenix, and easy access to everything entails a bit of traffic, but no more than other city areas. Our windows are sealed and double paned, and this is the first comment of its kind we have received. It is our mission to make our guests stay as pleasant as possible, and to that end we will fix what is fixable and understand that our guests come from many different situations to stay in our home. Good communication would have perhaps made this family's week a more pleasant one.

Our family used this home for a reunion. We had a great time the house is large, the pool and hottub area are nice, especially the shaded area around the hottub. We had a few issues with light bulbs that had not been replaced, and the pool was green for a few days; however, when we contacted the manager/owner the problems were resolved very quickly. The only other concern was the house was not as clean as we would have liked, but it is a rental, so we cleaned what was important to us and suggested the place have a more through cleaning, and I am sure as responsive as the owners were they will address the cleaning quickly. The house is in a convenient location to shops, dining and entertainment, but we had so much fun at the house we didn't go anywhere. I have already suggested to several friends to use this site and we may do a yearly renuion and would return to this rental property. A good experience, thank you..

This is an older home that has been renovated and has tons of living space for guests to spread out. It is approximately 3 miles from Hohokam Ballpark (Go Cubs!) and there is a grocery store within walking distance. Tons of resources for things to do and maps are provided to get you there. We loved Organ Stop Pizza and the Mesa Arts Center. The pool is not heated so only hardy swimmers can take advantage in the "winter" months. It was great to have a computer and printer available to print our boarding passes.

The sautille tile flooring and furnishings were a pleasant environment along with the pool and spa. Would rent again when traveling to the area. Owner was very friendly and responsive to questions, providing us with detailed information on surrounding area.

The house was inviting from the outside but the moment the door closed behind us we felt like we were in our own world. The house is beautifully furnished with all the comforts. We truly felt like we were in our own place. The pool and the yard felt the same way. Don't know exactly when we'll be back, but if the opportunity comes up to spend another week in Mesa, we know where we'll be. Thank you very much for a wonderful "home base" for our vacation.

Our Extended Family rented this place between x- mas and New Year's. This is a great place to stay in the Phoenix area. It's close to everything. Very spacious and great for entertaining. We enjoyed the Hot Tub area and the spacious living quarters. Jeff was accomodating and friendly. We will definately recomend this place to friends and would rent it again if we return to the area.
