Welcome to "Old Florida" Flagler Beach, a quaint small town atmosphere with unspoiled, crowd-free beaches, wonderful golf courses, walking trails, a Friday Farmers Market, and much more! Enjoy the cute shops and restaurants located within walking distance or the park just two blocks away with playground area, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, library, and beautiful wooden walking trail that meanders out to the Intracoastal Waterway through the marsh, perfect for sunset walks.
There is also great fishing from the shore or at the Flagler Beach Pier just a few blocks away, with on-site bait shop and a wonderful restaurant overlooking the beach. You won't find chain restaurants or chain hotels, high rises, or shopping malls at Flagler Beach.

We had such a great experience at Las Vitta 'E Bella. The home was clean and in an ideal location (1 block from the beach)! We loved the book of suggestions for restaurants and activities to do during our stay. The suggested places we went were fun and we had a fabulous time! We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay while in Flagler Beach!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I really enjoyed this cottage! It is 200 yards from the beach, extremely clean, and very charming. The owners were great to work with. And of course it has an outdoor beach shower which I loved... Flagler Beach has great surfing. I am planning on staying here again for my honeymoon!

My wife and I had a great time staying here. This was our first time staying in Flagler Beach, which turned out to be very quiet and relaxing. It was a nice change from the more 'touristy' places we've stayed and we left feeling rejuvenated and re-charged, rather than drained from lots of running around and sight-seeing. We did spend an afternoon in St. Augustine, however, since it was only about 30 min away, and saw an alligator farm and a Spanish colonial fort. There was more to explore in St. Augustine, but we mostly felt like relaxing. We didn't try fishing from the pier or visiting Dayona Beach--maybe next time. You can see the beach from the front door, so we made lots of little trips and even saw some dolphins and whales! I didn't think whales came so close to the beach, but apparently they do (I guess the beach drops off steeply here). Also, the walking trail along the 'intracoastal waterway/marsh' was relaxing and peaceful and was very close to the house. The management was great--they were attentive to our needs and the house was very clean and cozy and well-maintained. Timothy even played us a song on the accordion when we asked about the accordion listed on the website! If you're looking for a relaxing stay, this is the place--we'll be visiting again soon.

A Weekend in Florida Paradise

We spent an early October weekend at the La Vita ' E Bella" Ocean View Cottage in Flagler Beach. It was perfect for us and our little family! There were two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a large kitchen/dining room and living room. The "staff" (Mary Kay and Tim) were tremendous! The place was immaculate when we arrived and they made sure we had everything we needed, including allowing my wife and I to use their beach cruisers for a trip up and down the beautiful coastline. The cottage is located just a short walk from the beach and while we were there there was a sufing competition at the pier so there was plenty to do and see. Mary Kay and Tim also directed us to a park a few miles away where we were able to see Alligators swimming in their natural habitat. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience in Flagler Beach or with the cottage! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend away or a longer term rental.

La Vita 'E Bella is a great house in a terrific location. We loved the terrazzo floors (easy to keep clean), the beds were very comfortable and although the bathroom is small, even my XL husband didn't complain. Everything you need is with the house and the owner is very friendly and easy to deal with. Also, Flagler Beach is very family and pet friendly. We had a great week at the house.
