Welcome to our stunning and beautifully decorated Florida Villa, located in the upscale, much-desired Crescent Lakes area. If you are looking for quality through and through, exquisite furnishings, comfort and privacy, this is the villa for you. This is one of the few homes close to Disney that you will find with a totally fenced, private back yard and pool. We do not back up against another property. After a fun day in the parks, you can relax and enjoy total privacy on our covered patio and pool...have a barbecue without neighbors overlooking.
Our home is extremely luxurious yet family & child friendly. Kids will love the "Winnie The Pooh" themed bedroom where Pooh and Friends are splashed onto the walls, and two Winnie the Pooh twin beds provide a place of rest after a hectic day in the parks! We also provide a quality, full size pack and play with sheet, Kolcraft full size stroller with snack tray & parent tray/cupholder, high chair, baby monitor, baby bouncy seat, bottle warmer, toys and childproofing items free of charge. All of our patio and pool doors are equipped with safety alarms. The home is also equipped with a Brinks Security System.
For all families and all ages, we include WIRELESS INTERNET, X-Box system with two controllers, and X-Box games. Books, magazines, cards and board games are also here for fun evenings or rainy days.
A fantastic king master suite with TV, large attached ensuite bathroom has a walkout patio door to the covered patio lanai and pool. A spacious second bath provides a walk out door to the pool so that children and adults can change or shower without having to run into the home in wet suits.
Our full kitchen is stocked with everything you need from utensils, including children's utensils and bowls/plates, pots, pans, baking items, roasting items, grill, and we feature Maytag appliances.
Our villa is only 12 miles from Disney, and 15 minutes from the famous International Drive. Our home sleeps ten and has two unique, separate living/family room areas and a beautiful, open concept kitchen. The two family rooms enable children to play in one area and adults to relax in another. Dine at the eat-in kitchen bar, or in our separate dining room. Pack lighter and use our full laundry facilities.
The Crescent Lakes area is a beautiful Conservation area. It is an ideal location for families. There are two nearby children's play areas within walking distance, plus as the name suggests, numerous lakes. The development also has a seemingly endless jogging/walking/biking path throughout beautiful Crescent Lakes.
Shops and supermarkets are near, as well as Target, Super Walmart. Other close activities include Airboat Rides, horse back riding, jet skiing, boating and a wonderful petting zoo. Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral is just an hour and 15 minutes away too!
Our smoke-free home is managed by Crescent Lakes Vacation Management, who you can call upon for 24 hour service if a need arises. They are truly second to none. Your vacation home will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.

Only a observation - A bottle of washing liquid is needed as the owners ask you to put the towels/bedding on wash when you leave but don't supply any cleaning liquids!! We loved it and will be back in a couple of years. This is the case with most rentals though.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Sorry I am just now writing a review. Thank you so much Linda for all your help and kindness. We loved our stay at your home! We spent a lot of time at the home because that was the most fun part of our trip. It was relaxing and so much fun. So much better than staying at a hotel! We LOVED the private pool. There was a second story window of the neighbor that overlooked the house but it wasn't a problem. I mention this because I require complete privacy! But it worked out great. The pool people did not come for days later than they should have and the water was very dirty (their words) (I forgot to mention to Linda) but we still loved it. The neighborhood is very quiet. Loved the attached garage! My daughter loved Shamu pool toy! She also LOVED the Pooh room (and toys). She had to say goodbye to each character on the wall when we left! The house is close to the parks. We used a GPS and it helped a lot. We went end of April/start of May and it was HOT so no pool heat was needed as I worried. The house was very clean and everything "as described". There wasn't a dial tone with the phone that I noticed but I didn't need it anyways. I loved having a washer/dryer! Make sure you take a trip to the local Publix grocery to pick up some food and laundry supplies and such. We didn't have to pack near as much clothing as usual since we could was them. I am not sure if the people before us put the trash out when they needed to because there were some outside in the bins. Everything is in the manual that tells you what you need to do. Just remember you need to care for it like it is your own home! Respect and common courtesy. Enjoy your stay :)

We loved this home it was large enough for us to all have our space yet time together loved the pool, the kids had so much fun. Sadly when we got there it wasn't as clean as we had hoped. We called and the lady who had cleaned came and explained the family before us trashed the place she was in tears as she explained how much care she took in her work and was crushed to see the mess they left in a home she works so hard to protect and keep nice for the owners and explained it took her hours and hours just to get it to look as good as it did. I just couldn't understand how a family could do that to someone's beautiful home. But we loved this house and want to come back again soon and hopefully stay longer.. Wonderful family home anyone would enjoy.. the only thing I would change is maybe another tv atleast in the queen room as we were all use to sleeping with TV's but other than that we had a ball.

What a wonderful villa!! Our four kids loved their bedrooms and the pool! All of the parks were SOOO close. We also loved the fact of having an attached garage to come home from the parks with sleeping kids and be able to unload in total privacy!! What a great time we had in your home and what great memories we made! We will be back again next year for sure! Thanks for opening your awesome home to us.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly! The house is in close proximity to all attractions and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Our 2 year old loved the pool and the Winnie bedroom. We will definitely be back! Thanks to Linda! Cheryl

March 10-17, 2007 Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay at your beautiful home. This is the second year that we have spent a week at Crescent Lakes. Your home is so convenient to all the attractions and yet it is in a very quiet and relaxing location. We definitely enjoyed the "peace and quiet" after being out for the day! We would recommend your home to anyone who wants to visit the Orlando/Kissimmee area. It is so well decorated, clean and comfortable......and the pool is great!!

Wanted to say first of all, THANK YOU Linda and Ethan for allowing us the privilage of using your Florida Vaction Home. It was more than what we imagined it would be. Loved the abundant space,the cool Pool,the bug free private patio,the confortable beds,all the amenities such as towels,dishes,coffee maker,ect,ect and the easy access to the parks and grocery stores! Woo-Hoo! I think your place is a great place for any family who has or would like to feel the magic in only a way that Disney can do. On a personal note,We LOVE you guys! Linda, We enjoyed our stay at your home. My family had been through a lot since my grandson was born and we wanted to have a week of no worries. Thank you for offering your home.
