Sorry I am just now writing a review. Thank you so much Linda for all your help and kindness. We loved our stay at your home! We spent a lot of time at the home because that was the most fun part of our trip. It was relaxing and so much fun. So much better than staying at a hotel! We LOVED the private pool. There was a second story window of the neighbor that overlooked the house but it wasn't a problem. I mention this because I require complete privacy! But it worked out great. The pool people did not come for days later than they should have and the water was very dirty (their words) (I forgot to mention to Linda) but we still loved it. The neighborhood is very quiet. Loved the attached garage! My daughter loved Shamu pool toy! She also LOVED the Pooh room (and toys). She had to say goodbye to each character on the wall when we left! The house is close to the parks. We used a GPS and it helped a lot. We went end of April/start of May and it was HOT so no pool heat was needed as I worried. The house was very clean and everything "as described". There wasn't a dial tone with the phone that I noticed but I didn't need it anyways. I loved having a washer/dryer! Make sure you take a trip to the local Publix grocery to pick up some food and laundry supplies and such. We didn't have to pack near as much clothing as usual since we could was them. I am not sure if the people before us put the trash out when they needed to because there were some outside in the bins. Everything is in the manual that tells you what you need to do. Just remember you need to care for it like it is your own home! Respect and common courtesy. Enjoy your stay :)

Only a observation - A bottle of washing liquid is needed as the owners ask you to put the towels/bedding on wash when you leave but don't supply any cleaning liquids!! We loved it and will be back in a couple of years. This is the case with most rentals though.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved this home it was large enough for us to all have our space yet time together loved the pool, the kids had so much fun. Sadly when we got there it wasn't as clean as we had hoped. We called and the lady who had cleaned came and explained the family before us trashed the place she was in tears as she explained how much care she took in her work and was crushed to see the mess they left in a home she works so hard to protect and keep nice for the owners and explained it took her hours and hours just to get it to look as good as it did. I just couldn't understand how a family could do that to someone's beautiful home. But we loved this house and want to come back again soon and hopefully stay longer.. Wonderful family home anyone would enjoy.. the only thing I would change is maybe another tv atleast in the queen room as we were all use to sleeping with TV's but other than that we had a ball.

What a wonderful villa!! Our four kids loved their bedrooms and the pool! All of the parks were SOOO close. We also loved the fact of having an attached garage to come home from the parks with sleeping kids and be able to unload in total privacy!! What a great time we had in your home and what great memories we made! We will be back again next year for sure! Thanks for opening your awesome home to us.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly! The house is in close proximity to all attractions and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Our 2 year old loved the pool and the Winnie bedroom. We will definitely be back! Thanks to Linda! Cheryl

March 10-17, 2007 Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay at your beautiful home. This is the second year that we have spent a week at Crescent Lakes. Your home is so convenient to all the attractions and yet it is in a very quiet and relaxing location. We definitely enjoyed the "peace and quiet" after being out for the day! We would recommend your home to anyone who wants to visit the Orlando/Kissimmee area. It is so well decorated, clean and comfortable......and the pool is great!!

Wanted to say first of all, THANK YOU Linda and Ethan for allowing us the privilage of using your Florida Vaction Home. It was more than what we imagined it would be. Loved the abundant space,the cool Pool,the bug free private patio,the confortable beds,all the amenities such as towels,dishes,coffee maker,ect,ect and the easy access to the parks and grocery stores! Woo-Hoo! I think your place is a great place for any family who has or would like to feel the magic in only a way that Disney can do. On a personal note,We LOVE you guys! Linda, We enjoyed our stay at your home. My family had been through a lot since my grandson was born and we wanted to have a week of no worries. Thank you for offering your home. We loved the house! The location is great. The kids loved the pool. There is plenty of room and our 15 and 12 year old boys had enough room so that they didn't get on each others' (and our) nerves. We would never go back to a hotel after this stay and can't wait to go back. Thanks Linda and Ethan. It exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! The house was perfect! Close to all attractions. The toddler pool was great! My son loved to play in it for hours. It felt like I was still at home. My kids were able to run around and were not confined to just one room, like they would have been in a hotal room. Can't wait to go back. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your home. We arranged our stay entirely via the web. Linda & Ethan were very accomodating as we needed a particular 9 days to fit in with other arrangements. Villa is exactlty as portrayed on website. Quiet and safe area within easy reach of major parks. Would have no hesitation in recommending and hope to return soon.

We were very impressed with the overall experience had for our 2 week stay at the villa. The kids lived in the pool every day no matter what the weather was like. The house was clean and everything was easily accessible. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. Attractions were all within about 20 minutes of the house. We will definately be returning!

I can't say enough positive things about our stay at your villa. The accommodations were perfect. What a difference it made having a 14 month old and waking up in a home rather than a hotel room! He was able to run around and release some of that energy, while mom and dad enjoyed their coffee. I can't imagine what it would have been like if we were restricted to the confines of a hotel. This was so much more relaxing. Definitely the way to go when traveling with little ones. I loved the convenience of there being a stroller and pack-n-play there, even toys! Mom's will understand, it was a relief not to have to pack those things. Getting in and out of the parks was easy, and the location of the home was great if we ran out of anything (like milk or diapers!) We will definitely be back, and have recommended the home to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Only positive things to say about this home. We had a total of 6 kids on our trip and it was nice to have the room for them to play while the adults had their space as well. The kids loved the pool and being able to put a movie on the VCR was a great way to make them rest after a long day of swimming and visiting the parks. The home had everything we needed and the location was great as well. I would definately recommend this villa and would do it again verses a hotel in the future. Thank you again Linda for making the process easy and for opening your home to us!

WONDERFUL!! This was our first time renting a vacation home, and it was well worth it. The house is very spacious, comfortable, clean, etc.....so much better than a hotel. My family loved the house, they didn't want to leave. The kids loved there rooms & the pool. The house is equipped with everything that you would need to enjoy your vacation, a home away from home. Mrs Treese is a very pleasant person, when you talk to her it seems like you've been know her for years. I came across a little problem and she was just pleasant about the whole situation. It's not a day that doesn't go by that I don't think about how much fun me and my family had in that house, we will be back next year. I have already told my family, friends, and co-workers about the house. Great Home!

Great accommodations. A home away from home. It was a pleasure to plan and book the villa with Linda. She is definitely the 'host with the most'. The children had a great time in the pool. We had 2 infants on our stay, and the amenities provided for the infants such as the bottle warmer, and play pen, helped in making our stay more at ease. Truly great experience that we will forever cherish. Thank you Linda.

We were first time renters in Florida. We had previously always stayed in a hotel. We were very nervous but it was by far a very postive experience for us! We will never stay in a hotel again in Florda! This home is beautiful, clean, private and we felt very safe there! Linda is wonderful! She truly wants her guests to have a great time! We were so nervous about booking a house sight unseen, but were VERY pleased with the results. Linda was wonderful to talk with, just like talking to a life long friend. The house exceeded our expectations. The pool was also an added bonus. Our kids are 2 & 5 and absolutely loved it. Great fit all around for our young family. We hope to come back next year.
