This completely remodeled comfortable, spacious three level Mountain Townhome at Red Pine, is nestled at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort in Park City, Utah. Beautiful views of the mountains from every window. Beautiful 20 foot floor to ceiling rock fireplace with gas log and sitting hearth. Vaulted ceilings in the living area and the master bedroom. Ten minute walk to the gondola at the fabulous Canyons Ski Resort, or catch a free shuttle just 50 yards from your back door.
Charming pine furniture throughout with two cozy fireplaces. Beautiful granite countertops and Italian tile floors in the kitchen and in each of the four new bathrooms. Dining table seats eight. New leather sofas with down cushions in living area. Four+ Bedrooms on three floors are completely private, each with its own newly tiled bathroom. Down comforters on each pine bedstead: one king, two queens plus 2 bunk beds which have double mattresses. Futon available in loft area. Three large pine armoires for storage. New stainless steel appliances and fully equipped kitchen.
Year round heated pool, two huge hot tubs and sauna at nearby clubhouse. Free tennis courts and three pools open in summer.
This condominium is bright and sunny with 20 foot vaulted ceilings in living area and master bedroom. Floor to ceiling rock fireplace in living area and another fireplace in master suite. Large windows to the ceiling with beautiful views. Plenty of space (2300 square feet). Quiet end unit with extra window in kitchen that overlooks expansive grassy slope where children can play or sled. Walk directly out porch/balcony to the grass and walkways. Two cable TV s. Two parking spaces, one covered. Free WIFI available.
Locking closet outside for for skis or bikes. Common area with four tennis courts, volleyball, horseshoes, three outdoor pools, (one heated in winter), two large hot tubs, and sauna, picnic area with BBQs.
Free shuttle provides service to Canyons Ski Resort, Park City Ski Resort, Deer Valley and the Park City Historic District, which is just two miles away. Here you will find many restaurants and shops. The Olympic Sports Park with museum ski jumps, luge, and bobsled runs is one mile away. Groomed cross country course is a half mile away. Limited cross country skiing just outside the door. Walk up to the Canyons Village with shops, restaurants and gondola or walk down to the cabriolet/people-mover at the main parking lot.

This was the perfect rental for our extended family.....6 adults and 2 children. A 3-generation family ski trip. The condo was very roomy, and we were all comfortable. The place was beautifully decorated and appointed. There were plenty of plates, pots, glasses, etc in the kitchen....we could even invite friends over for dinner and serve 13 with no problem. The owner, Ann, was so responsive and wonderful....when we needed more towels for the hot tub/pool, she actually came to the condo to give us more! The condo was immaculately clean, and the location near the Canyons was ideal for us, with two kids in ski school every day. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are hoping to rent again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

The accommodations could not have been more perfect for our group. The bathroom with each bedroom was perfect and gave privacy for all. The accessibility to the ski areas and information sent in advance for discount tickets and places of interest, were great. Most rental condos that we have stayed in have had minimal kitchen appliances and utensils. We had three of us in our group that enjoy cooking and baking, and the kitchen amenities were extensive. We joked that the only thing missing was a food processor!!!! All of us would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: We have owned our Mountain Townhouse condo for 14 years and live in nearby Salt Lake City. We are close enough to keep the condo in superior condition and we continually make improvements. The condo is immaculately clean. We are easily available if there are any problems for our renters.

This property is surrounded by open space, with serene mountain views from large windows. It is close to the lifts, but away from the crowds and traffic. It is furnished with charming waxed pine furniture and quality linens. It feels secluded and very quiet.

Within walking distance of the main gondola, and 30 yards to the free Park City shuttle stop. The pools, sauna, spas and tennis courts are exceptional amenities for Park City properties.
