We are constantly upgrading our Villa to justify its 'Executive Villa' description
Our Villa, which sleeps ten, is situated on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and leisure community, has a 32 foot heated swimming pool with adjoining Jacuzzi ans Hot Tub, and offers outstanding views overlooking the 18th. Hole of the golf course.
The Villa is a one level property covering 2600 square feet. It is fully air-conditioned. It has a double garage, with space for a further two cars parked off street.
The two master bedrooms, have both been upgraded this year. are en-suite,have cable TV and DVD's, King size or Queen Beds. Both have doors leading onto the Patio/Swimming Pool area. There are three additional twin bedded rooms, one of which could be converted into a King Bed if requested at time of booking.
The comfortable open plan living area, also upgraded this year, incorporates a large lounge with 52 inch TV, DVD, and Hi-Fi. There is a well equipped kitchen with Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, Large Refrigerator with water and Ice making facilities.
The dining room has been converted into a second living area,with fuzzball table, Playstation 2, and games. There is also Roadrunner High Speed Internet Access available.The dining nook has Table and Chairs, and overlooks the Pool / Patio area.. Bed Linen and Towels are provided. There are Four TV's, Three DVD's, and a Hi-Fi system. The Patio is screened, and accommodates a 32 foot swimming pool with adjoining Spa, offering optional heating. There is Patio furniture, and the patio offers superb views overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course.
Highlands Reserve is a prestigious holiday and residential golfing community in Davenport, within the Orlando Area. Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, Tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, practice range, putting green, and cafe bar which is open seven days a week.
Highlands Reserve is situated just off US highway 27, in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of orange groves. It is ideally located for easy access to all major attractions, with shops, supermarket, and restaurants all close by. A new Walmart has opened on US27 just 5 minutes drive.
Highlands Reserve is only minutes away from all the areas major theme parks. There are four major theme parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios, and Disney Kingdom Theme Park. There are also Two Water parks. You can choose from Two Night entertainment centres.
Highlands Reserve is within easy reach of Sea World, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre. and Daytona Beach. It is an hours drive to Cocoa Beach, and an hour and a half from St. Petersburg and Clearwater.
For shopping, try the 700,000 square foot Beltz Factory Outlet Centre just 12 miles away.

Why the Owner Chose Highlands Reserve
We found highlands Reserve after searching many communities in the area. Once we saw the Villa with its beautifull unspoilt view over the Championship Golf Course we knew we had found our little 'heaven on earth'. Highlands Reserve is itelf a unique community, and the properties are not crowded together as so many of the other communities are. We wanted it as a permanent holiday home for all the family, and somewhere we could hand down to future generations.

We live in the UK, but have enjoyed holidays in Florida for many years.
Apart from the children loving everything about Disney, we all love the area, and the fact that we are central to the finest attractions in the world. Added to that we have the Gulf Coast beaches only just over an hour away to the west, and Daytona Beach just over an hour and a half to the east.

This is our 5th visit to Orlando, each time we visited a different house, but this one was the best by far the most warm and homely. This is a very beautiful home and has all the comforts necessaryto enjoy a vacation. We enjoyed it very much, and hope to return

This is our second visit to the Villa, and we hope to come back again. we have been coming to Orlando for 20 years, and this has been the best Villa by far. Not enough room write all the good things, but it was a wonderfull holiday, and Thanks for letting us stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful Florida Villa. My buddies and I hsve this Golf asventure once a year and this one was definately the most successful one. Every day after golf, we would rush back to the villa and relax in the private heated Pool and spa. Your spacious kitchen was put to good use six nights out of seve. Thanks again Ivan. The Canadian golfers have only good things to say about your Villa on Highlands Reserve.

Another fantastic stay. Villa gets better everytime we come back. Comments and hype about Mannys Restaurant was spot on, wonderful. Still haven't seen enough so will degfinately be back.
