Our Villa, which sleeps ten, is situated on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and leisure community, has a 32 foot heated swimming pool with adjoining Spa, and offers outstanding views overlooking the 18th. Hole of the golf course.
The Villa is a one level property covering 2600 square feet. It is fully air-conditioned. It has a double garage, with space for a further two cars parked off street.
The two master bedrooms, have both been upgraded this year. are en-suite,have cable TV and DVD's, King size or Queen Beds. Both have doors leading onto the Patio/Swimming Pool area. There are three additional twin bedded rooms, one of which could be converted into a King Bed if requested at time of booking.
The comfortable open plan living area, also upgraded this year, incorporates a large lounge with 52 inch TV, DVD, and Hi-Fi. There is a well equipped kitchen with Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, Large Refrigerator with water and Ice making facilities.
The dining room has been converted into a second living area,with fuzzball table, Playstation 2, and games. There is also Roadrunner High Speed Internet Access available.The dining nook has Table and Chairs, and overlooks the Pool / Patio area.. Bed Linen and Towels are provided. There are Four TV's, Three DVD's, and a Hi-Fi system. The Patio is screened, and accommodates a 32 foot swimming pool with adjoining Spa, offering optional heating. There is Patio furniture, and the patio offers superb views overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course.
Highlands Reserve is a prestigious holiday and residential golfing community in Davenport, within the Orlando Area. Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, Tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, practice range, putting green, and cafe bar which is open seven days a week.
Highlands Reserve is situated just off US highway 27, in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of orange groves. It is ideally located for easy access to all major attractions, with shops, supermarket, and restaurants all close by. A new Walmart has opened on US27 just 5 minutes drive.
Highlands Reserve is only minutes away from all the areas major theme parks. There are four major theme parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios, and Disney Kingdom Theme Park. There are also Two Water parks. You can choose from Two Night entertainment centres.
Highlands Reserve is within easy reach of Sea World, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre. and Daytona Beach. It is an hours drive to Cocoa Beach, and an hour and a half from St. Petersburg and Clearwater.
