Condo is only 12 years old, but everything is constantly upgraded to maiting the most current look ande technolgy. High speed wireless (N type) and secure Ethernet cable internet access. New 2010 HD flat panel television (47") in living room with HD DVR box and Brighthouse Networks service to record and play back programs. A second new 2010 HD flat panel television (32") wall mounted in master bedroom with separate HD VDR box to record programs in the master bedroom. Additional television in the 2nd bedroom, all have CD players as well. Free long distance calling to continental US and Canada through Brighthouse network. This is a luxurious gated community is unlike any other in the North Redington Beach area with 3 separate swimming pools! You can hear the slapping of the waves against the shore, very relaxing. The fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Sleeps seven, the condo features a king, twin, and full-size bed as well as a queen sofa. Walk-in closet and all closet doors are mirrored. Sprinkler system throughout as well as private codes and remote control access. Everything is maintained like new!
TThe tiled patio overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The condo is adjacent to the million dollar clubhouse, the largest pool of thee in the facility. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach, gardens, and clubhouse. Venetian style clubhouse is complete with entertainment center, complete exercise center with weights, jogging eqipment and nautilus style exercise equipment, meeting rooms, game room, and snack bar is at your beck and call. Several large heated jacuzzis, three pools, a grand clubhouse with changing rooms and showers for guests.

Why the Owner Chose North Redington BeachThe current Tides Beach Club was built in 1998-2000 where the original Tides Hotel and Bath Club existed since its opening New Year's Eve 1936. This was the the location that the rich and famous of that era stayed at including Marilyn Monroe and Joe Dimaggio in the 1950s, pictures which adorn the walls of the present clubhouse. The quality of the beach is excellent, particularly the powder like sand. The activity of seashore birds,dolphins and the like, give you a sense of being in touch with nature on a daily basis. You feel like you are truly away from everything when in fact everything is quite close, including great restaurants, sports, airports, museums, etc. Having traveled the world over, coming back to the Tides is like coming back to another day in paradise.

Excellent location, across the street from the beach, clean, elevator very convenient, have already booked for next year.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, pet owners.
