This comfortable townhome is located in Frisco, in the heart of Summit County. It's on 4th Avenue, the center core of town, one and a half blocks from Main Street. This unit is in a quiet fourplex on Creekside Drive (don't be confused, they begin calling 4th Ave, Creekside Dr after the bridge).There are free ski shuttle stops on Main/ 1st Ave and Main/ 6th Ave.There's a 46' Sony HDTV and DVD with Digital Satellite and DVR, in the Living Room. There is a 36' flatscreen TV/ DVD in the downstairs TV Room. Enjoy a good book, movie or conversation next to the Stone/ Gas fireplace. There's a desk in the Living Room for those doing business or studying. This unit has free HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET! All of the windows have beautiful Mtn views of Buffalo, Wichita and Little Chief Mountains. The private outdoor hot tub is a year round bonus. There are awesome views from the large paver patio and hot tub of Mt Royal, the towering giant to the West, that is Frisco's backdrop. For our summer guests the stream (Ten Mile Creek) is less than 50 yards away. The Public Park is in the 'backyard.'
Sleeping Arrangements: There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a King size pillow top bed + foam and a 36' TV/ DVD. The middle bedroom has a Full/ Dbl pillow top bed and TV/ DVD. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen pillow top bed and TV/ DVD. The downstairs bedroom has two sets of bunk beds; one has a Full/ Dbl bed on the bottom and Twin on top, the other is a Twin/ Twin combination. There is a Full size futon in the downstairs TV room. THIS UNIT SLEEPS 13.
Floor Plan: The full kitchen has Oak custom cabinets and countertops, with under cabinet lighting. There are plenty of cupboards and countertop space. The kitchen is well stocked with many assorted dish patterns, cookware/bakeware, pots/pans, utensils, 2 coffee pots, toaster, blender, bread machine and a crockpot. The dining room table is in the kitchen and seats 6. There is also a vintage 50's Diner table and 4 chairs in the downstairs TV Room. This unit has a full bathroom upstairs and another 3/4 bath downstairs. The laundry room is downstairs with a full size frontloading washer, and dryer. There is an outdoor shed to store skis and snowboards. There is ample parking for 2-4 cars in front of the unit.

About the owner: My wife and I always wanted to live in the Mountains and raise our family. We started by running my parents Bed and Breakfast in Frisco. We left our Professional Careers and have never regretted it. Over the years we have had the opportunity to purchase additional properties to rent, and manage.
Why the Owner Chose Creekside:
It was a great location in Frisco. Plus very quiet. The sun shines through the 2 peaks right on our property very late into the day: Between Mt Royal and Wichita. Much of the West part of Frisco is blanketed by shade at about 2pm. Ours is in the center of Frisco,... and X marks the SPOT!!

This townhome is in a great location, only 2 blocks to Main Street, Frisco, the center of town with all it shopping and dining. The main City Park, Walter Byron Park, with the Ten Mile Creek running along it is right in the back of our building. This unit has HD TV, High Speed Wireless Internet, and a private outdoor hot tub.
