This townhome is in Frisco,Colorado,the heart of Summit County. It is located on 4th Avenue,the middle of town,one and a half blocks from Main Street. There are ski shuttle stops on Main/1st Ave and Main/6th Ave. There is a 36" Satellite TV/DVD in the Living room,and a 32" TV/DVD in the Family room downstairs. There is a Cherrywood desk in the Living room with High-speed internet. Enjoy a good book or conversation next to the Stone/Gas fireplace. All of the windows have beautiful views of Buffalo,Wichita,and Little Chief Mtns. This unit is located in a quiet four-plex. The private outdoor hot tub is a year round bonus. For our summer guests the stream(Ten Mile Creek)is ~50yds away and the Public Park "is in the backyard". Sleeping Arrangements: There are three bedrooms upstairs. The Master bedrm has a king-size bed,and a 27" TV. The middle bedrm has a full-size pillowtop bed,and the Queen(pillowtop)bedrm has a 23" TV. The downstairs bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There is a full-size futon in the lower family room. Floor Plan: The new kitchen is bright and cheery,with under-cabinet lighting.There is plenty of cupboard and countertop space. The dining room table is in the kitchen and seats 6. There is also a 'cool' 50's diner downstairs that seats 4. There is a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The laundry room is also downstairs. There is a shed to store skis. There is plenty of parking,in front,for 2-4 cars. MINIMUM STAYS: For: Summer, Low and Value Seasons: 4 Night Minimum For: Pre H., Holiday, and Regular Seasons: 5 Night Minimum For 2 or 3 nights, please check calendar for gaps, or contact us 2 weeks prior to desired date.
