Pacheco's Hale is a beautiful one-bedroom, detached, second-floor unit - cool and private. This clean, quiet unit is completely furnished with a deck overlooking the view of palm trees, lush green tree tops, and has a view of Mount Olomana and the Koolau Mountains. There is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, two twin beds or king size bed (upon request) in the bedroom, and a full bath. The kitchen is equipped with an under-the-counter refrigerator, a microwave, toaster oven, and two-burner hot plate. Coffee pot, blender, and all necessary cooking materials are also provided. We can accommodate up to four people comfortably. A single futon is also available.
We have nightly and monthly rates; Starting at $110.00 per night for two, $20/night for each addt'l guest, plus 12.96% tax; Monthly rate is $2500/month plus 4.71% tax. All rates subject to change during peak seasons. A 20%-25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We have a five-night minimum stay. A 45-day cancellation notice is needed to refund your deposit. Payment is due upon arrival in travelers checks, cash, or personal checks; no charge cards.
