The heart of Park City is where this condominium is located. Easy access to historic Main Street - downtown Park City (for Sundance Film Festival), Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Ski Resort, Park Meadows Golf Course, and Park City Golf Course.

This unit has recently been updated and has new furniture (including a king-size and queen-size beds), a gas fireplace, a full kitchen with utensils and brand new appliances, and even a Microsoft X-Box, all at no extra charge. A roll-out bed allows for five people and a sixth person can sleep on the couch. There is a washer and dryer and all linens and towels are fresh and new.
The condominium project has security doors, a jacuzzi tub in the main foyer, and open parking.
The Park City free shuttle/bus service is across the street and it is a 15 second walk to the bus stop from the front doors.

I am a local owner (Salt Lake City) who enjoys the outdoors all year round. I enjoy the many activities Utah affords including rock climbing, canyoneering, hiking, camping, skiing, and site seeing at the many National Parks. I have lived in the Salt Lake area since 1979 and I am a local real estate appraiser. The photo is at Arches National Park just north of Moab, UT.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Because the condo is a short drive from where we live, it is a quick and fun get-away. My wife and I love to be week-end tourists anytime during the spring-summer-fall seasons.
