- Beachfront : Our beautiful white sand beach is known as Kamaole I, and also Charlie Young Beach. There is a lifeguard station at the south end of the beach (Kamaole I).
- Oceanfront : We are right on the water and white sand beach, with direct access from the lawn to the beach. This is a great beach for swimming, floating, boogie boarding and splashing! There is great snorkeling at the south end of the beach (Charlie Young end) at the lava outcropping. It is usually calm in the morning with boogie boarding waves in the afternoon. Great sunsets!

- No Pets Allowed : Hawaii has very strict laws and prohibits most pets from entering the State. If you are planning to travel with your pet, please check the State of Hawaii website for info or contact your local vet. Restrictions include micro-chipping your pet, 120 day waiting period, specific blood work, etc...
- Kid Friendly : Kids love this property. They can run back and forth from the beach to the house for drinks, bathroom breaks, etc. Parents also love this aspect - no dragging chairs, towels, umbrellas, and toys through some condo lobby and across the street!

The Unique Benefits at this Estate
What makes Dolphins Point Maui so unique is the location. Dolphins Point Maui is one of only eight lots on Kamaole I / Charlie Young Beach, and six of those lots are single family homes. Although all beaches in Hawaii are public, ours feels very private. There is nothing quite like being able to walk across the lawn and onto the sand - no elevators, lobby or crossing a busy street. We provide everything for your day at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, floats and beach toys- just bring your bathing suit, sunscreen and flip flops! Everything - shops, restaurants, grocery stores, are all within walking distance. We know you'll love it here!
Kamaole I Beach is a beautiful white sand beach and is our backyard. Direct access across the lawn and the path and into the sand!

We've been to Maui many times and thought we had stayed in the best places on the south shore - we were wrong. In May, 2007 our daughter was married in Maui. We were lucky to find availability here for our family to rent two of the three units. The beach was beautiful, the accommodations fantastic (just bring your toothbrush - they have everything!) and the owners were so warm and welcoming. We checked out where the other wedding guests were staying and none came close to comparing to what we had rented. The location was fantastic - just steps to the beach and walking distance to stores, great restaurants and anything you could possibly need. This is definitely our new favorite place to stay when we vacation on the island of Maui!
