This nice villa with air condition and guest house was build about 1968 and newly restored by us. CLOSE TO GOLF AND TENNIS. 4 +1 BICYCLES.

The villa is in a nice area with all residential houses. We are on a little hill behind the village St. Aygulf in the FREJUS commune, about 1.5 km from the white sandy beaches.

THE MAIN HOUSE: 125.m2. Includes two bedrooms with double beds and big wardrobes. One room with two singel beds,king size. Those 3 rooms are on the first level, with bathroom and 2 WC. One bedroom with "sofa bed " for two persons, wardrobe and shower room - on the second floor.

This home features a living room with fireplace and a kitchen in Provence style. The house is fully-equiped for ten persons. One terrace in front of the house where you can enjoy the sunset. Another covered terrace on the garden-side with barbecue and furniture. Very nice (5 x10)pool with securite net for children. Salty water;

THE GUESTHOUSE: by the swimming pool, features a big double bed, wardrobe, TV (French channels only), refridgerator, shower room, WC, and a little terrace. This house is about 30 m2.Air condition

The GARDEN is about 2300 square meters. It is very beautiful with big palm trees, pines, oaks, and flowers. Here you can sit in our nice pavilion under the palms, for ten persons. The main part of the garden is behind the Villa. The garden is protected from the outside by trees which gives privacy and intimacy.



THE HOUSE IS BETWEEN CANNES AND ST.TROPEZ. 50 MINUTES FROM NICE AIRPORT.
