All bedrooms, the children's den and the family room have cable TV, in addition both Master suites and the Queen bedroom have DVD Players.
In the center of the action the family room has a 55' HDTV connected to a Blu-Ray Player, along with the media server where you can watch movies and TV shows on your schedule and without commercials.

Primary accommodations are on the ground floor where you will find
- One King master bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom and access to the deck
- One Queen room with its own bathroom which also has pool access
- The two children's rooms which are fully themed with the Kid’s favorite Disney characters, both of these rooms share a Mickey themed bathroom. One room has two twin beds the other a twin over double bunk bed.

The second floor houses the fabulous Royal Suite, a luxurious 24-ft by 27-ft room which has a king-size bed, private bathroom, it’s very own sitting and TV area. The only problem you may have is deciding who sleeps here....!

In addition to the fully equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar and nook, the villa offers a full size Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, a Dining Room for up to 8 people, a separate formal Living Room, and the main Family Room.

Outside Areas:
Outside there is a fully-screened private pool measuring 30 feet by 15 feet dropping from three feet to six feet at the deepest point. There is also a luxurious, four-person spa. Heating is provided for both the pool and spa.
For the safety of our younger guests, the pool and spa are surrounded by a child-safety screen leaving a safe area on the deck for children to play. Deck furniture including lounges and chairs are also provided. Ceiling Fan over covered area of Patio for extra comfort when eating outside.
To the front of the house there is a triple garage and driveway parking for three cars, one car can also be parked inside the garage.

The bear had a great time at this beautiful and well stocked vacation home. With 2 families that included kids as well as seniors we were all comfortably accommodated in this spacious 5 bedroom home. An inviting kitchen with a large center island and well stocked cabinets allowed us to cook and serve warm meals.
The children's rooms have walls painted with Disney themes! The couches and beds are all soft and very comfortable. All the bedrooms have large sleek TV's/DVD players, and the family room has a 55" LCD TV with blue-ray and cable setup. All the rooms and bathrooms were clean and very well furnished. The work center in the kitchen was setup with a computer and printer so we could easily look up and print directions to local sites of interest.
The owner has provided lots of amenities like strollers, toys for all ages, board games, books, movies, umbrellas, etc.
There is a large screened, heated swimming pool and poolside lounge chairs all of which we thoroughly enjoyed after our full days at Universal Studios and Disneyworld. The garage houses a pool table for relaxing evenings.
The home is in a great location, just 15 min drive to Disneyworld and the famous International Drive, and about 35 mins to Orlando airport.
This is a great family friendly vacation home. The owner was very professional and efficient throughout the rental process. We highly recommend this vacation home and its owner who was so welcoming and accommodating.....you will not be disappointed!!!

We really enjoyed our time at Amish's house. We went another family of 4 and there was more than enough space for all 8 of us. Two master suites was a very nice amenity. The pool and hot tub were very well kept along with everything else on the property. The house is very kid friendly and offered plenty of space for the various interests in our party. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and is only minutes away from all that Orlando has to offer. Amish and his management team are very friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. We plan on using this property again and we highly recommend it.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful vacation home...The house is beautiful and well cared for and the same goes for the pool area as well. We traveled with 8 adults & 2 children and had plenty of room for all. Amish made the entire process of booking so easy and was so patient with all of my questions... we had an issue with the pool and within an hour of contacting him the problem was resolved...The location was so convent to anything you may want to do while in the Orlando area...It is a gated community that was lovely, very quite and peaceful. We had a grocery store and drug store with in minutes of the house . Each bedroom was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to cook in and the amount of bathrooms is a plus...I just can't say enough of how enjoyable this home was...We look forward to another family vacation in your home...Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My first reaction to walking into this home was amazement! When you see the online pictures you know it's going to be nice, but when you get there you realize the pictures aren't able to portray the spaciousness accurately. I literally jumped up and down for joy and high fived my daughters and grandkids after touring this house. The rooms are large, and it's easy for several people to work together in the kitchen without overlapping and running into each other. The upstairs Master Suite is really spacious and beautiful. We loved the King Size bedroom on the lower level that has a large bath connected and a patio door that connects directly to the pool. When you go into the closets there is so much storage and the owner has anything and everything you can think of already there for you including any type of baby items you would ever need. How wonderful to have everything provided so all you have to do is unpack and you feel like you're home. The price to rent this Villa is a real deal. After renting this, I would never want to go back to hotel rooms. There are so many rooms that we lost each other at times. Rent this Villa if you want a perfect vacation! I know I'll be returning again soon. When I woke up this morning I was missing being out by the pool having my morning coffee. It was the perfect way to start the day.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I would highly recommend this home for your vacation. It had all the luxuries (and more) of our home away from home. It allowed for us to have a truly Magical Vacation. It is the perfect distance from all the theme parks (Disney in particular) and is super family friendly. The property far exceeded our expectations, and Amish went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay at his families' home! It also allowed for my family and the other family we were traveling with to have our own space with two master suites! We'll be back for sure!!!!!!!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

We own several Timeshares but our family has outgrown them. We all wanted to be together but to have our own space. Our family now has six adults and four grandchildren and we found the perfect home to live in while the kids enjoyed Disney. From the excellent communication that answered all of our questions to a beautiful home that met all of our needs, we were well pleased. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the game room and the adults enjoyed the pool table and the Keurig coffee maker along with all of the TV's to watch the bowl games. We loved the laundry room and all of the supplies. Amish made every effort to insure that we had all of the information and amenities we needed for a stress free vacation. This was a great way to start off the new year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

What an unforgettable Christmas spent with family in such a beautiful setting. Our group ranged from age 4 to 64 and there was something for everyone. The younger ones especially enjoyed the game room and heated pool! The owner was a great communicator from start to finish and all of our needs were graciously met. We stayed here for one week. The villa was a great value. There is planty of space for large groups. It is very well kept and everything was in excellent working order. The house is better than the pictures indicate. It is very close to Disneyworld. Amish was very pormpt in all communications and he made it easy to rent the property. We had reason to contact the property management company. They addressed our issue immediately. We would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks for a great vacation!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My family of six, two adults and four little ones, stayed at the house in October 2012. When we arrived the house was large and open, and notably well maintained and clean. The photos online can't even begin to do it justice; our kids immediately ran to the "theme rooms" and loved looking at all the characters. We had a question that first day so I emailed Amish and got a satisfying response within 15 minutes. Throughout our visit we also had friends come visit for a few nights, and the layout of the house is perfect for multiple families- both master suites are large, well furnished and impressive. We used the house as our base of operations for the trip to the Amusement parks. The drive was easy and took around 15 minutes; we never had any traffic to contend with. At the end of the long days at Disney, it was easy to persuade the kids to the car with a mention of the pool and hot tub. We are grateful that Amish has stocked pool toys and noodles. We also took advantage of the strollers that were available- a definite cost savings over the park's rentals! Payment via pay pal was quick and easy and our Security Deposit was returned promptly a few days after we checked out. When we return to Orlando for our next trip, we will absolutely rent this house again and will recommend it to friends without hesitation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just returned from a week vacation in this wonderful home! Beautifully maintained, clean, pool is absolutely perfect, and only a 15 min ride to Disney and other attractions.
