This was our third stay at this home, but the first stay under the current owners. This was our best stay yet. We love that the current owners added many upgrades to the properties including flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms, a Keurig coffee maker, a desktop computer with a printer, two themed bedrooms, a pool table, a valuables safe... The computer and printer came in very handy so that we could print out our boarding passes when it was time to fly home and that saved us time in the airport. This home works perfectly for our vacations with extended family because there are two master/double bedrooms on the first floor which accommodates our elderly/disabled parents that can no longer climb stairs. This home is also well equipped for families with small children. There were child safety alarms on all the doors and there were many baby items that could be used (exersaucer, high chairs, cribs, umbrella strollers...). While we are past the baby stay in our family, this is exactly the kind of thing I would have looked for in a home rental when our children were small. The community is very quiet and we felt very safe. We like the location of this home because it is very easy to get on I-4 to get to the parks (the nearest Disney park is only 4 quick exits away) or head to either the east or west coast of Florida. There is a Publix Supermarket, McDonalds, PaPa Johns pizza place, Subway, Chilis, and several other restaurants very close by, and the busy area of 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) with an unbelievable number of restaurants and stores is a straight 5-7 minute drive down Lake Wilson Road. We are already looking forward to another stay next year.

Great Villa for our family~!

We spent a week in the Villa, we were so impresses by the cleanliness and ammenities that were offered, even more than are listed in the description. Our family of 7 were well accomodated, all the children loved their rooms and we adults could really learn to live like that year round. We were so close to all the Disney and other parks, shopping was convenient, and all in all, I cannot wait to go back and stay there again~! We thank the Patels for sharing their home with us. North Dakota and Ohio vacationers~!

The pictures of this home do not do it justice!! it is even better!! Home was not only big but very clean, just great for the 9 of us. very close to the parks easy to find with good directions. Publix supermarket was great. very quiet community peaceful & quiet nights, (of course everyone is tired :)) ) pool was a treat and very clean. Thanks again for making the families dreams come true.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

We had a terrific time at this property. We took our 2 kid's and we brought along both sets of grandparents. This home was spacious enough that we all had privacy and enough room to relax. The owner is very prompt and responding to questions and e-mails, so we felt very well cared for. Our time at the park was AMAZING. The heated pool and hot tube was perfect for the whole family to relax and enjoy after a long day at Disney. Thanks for the memories, we would gladly visit again!

If you are planning a trip to Disney, you will not be disappointed with this house! The house was immaculate, well stocked and close to all attractions (15 easy minutes!). We were there in December and the kids were able to enjoy a swim in the pool and the grown-ups a nice warm soak in the spa after a day at the theme parks. There is a super market, drug store, and several restaurants close by. More importantly, Amish was a joy to communicate with and always available to answer any and all questions. We use VRBO a couple times a year and this was our best experience yet. Thank you so much, Amish!

We just left the house. It was wonderful. We used the pool every day and my grandson enjoyed the video games and movies. The kitchen is very clean and well equipped. The baths are large and spotless. On the day we arrived my grandson asked if we could live here all the time. He still felt the same a week later when we departed. When we return to Orlando, we will book again

Wonderful vacation home

Our family and extended family stayed here and there were 8 of us. We had a wonderful time swimming, cooking out, walking in the gated neighborhood And it was close to Disney, restaurants, shopping etc. We all felt like there was plenty of room in the house for our family. Amish was very attentive to all of my emails And did a great job communicating with me. The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed in it to cook. My son loved the game system and game room as well. Overall our experience here couldn't have been any better and we would stay again if we ever come back to Orlando. Throughout the week my family commented on how good a job I did on picking this house. Anyone who stays here will be happy they did. Thanks again for everything Amish!

Our home away from home

We have stayed at the house on our last 4 visits to Florida; twice in the past 6 months. We love the house. The 3 car garage allows for me to park my expedition in the garage. The house is spacious, well layedout, and has enought bed room space for my family of 7 :). We love the pool and spend much time in the pool, when we are not out exploring florida. The house is located to many attractions in florida, like 15 minutes to disney, 45 minutes to tampa bay, and 60 minutes from Cape Caneveral :). We feel that this house is our own vacation house, and fully recommend the house to any visitors. Gated community, and security system makes us feel safe :). We love the house.

Great Disney Vacation Home

This home has plenty of room for 3+ families. Our family of four had more room than we knew what to do with. Easy commute to parks. Very nice pool that the kids loved. Owners were great to work with. House was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pool heat definitely recommended for November. Jacuzzi is connected to pool, not stand alone hot tub, so renters should know it doesn't get super hot - which you could notice in cooler evenings. Price was a great value for what you got. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

I hope the spa heat that you've mentioned didn't detract from your stay. When there are cooler evenings it does take longer for the spa to heat up and if it's been cool during the day also occassionally the top line temp setting cannot be reached. I will however ask my management company to check to ensure the thermostat is working properly. I appreciate the feedback.

Fabulous Experience

We absolutely loved our experience with this property. We were situated about 10 miles from everything we wanted to do. The location was easy to find and traffic in and around the villa was easy to maneuver to and from. We had our GPS system with us, and we would just punch in the address of where we wished to go. We never got lost which is saying alot for a bunch of hillbillies from Missouri :) The house was amazing. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was wonderful and all of use had our own rooms and bathrooms which was a huge bonus! We had a very enjoyable experience with Darren and his communication was flawless. He had excellent directions for us to be sure that we were able to settle right in. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone going to the Orlando area.

We stayed in this beautiful home October 2010 and fell in love!! The house is amazing, we have 3 boys, and everyone had room they needed! We were very impressed with how easy it was to get to all the parks and in such a short distance, and once we were "home" it was so nice to sit by the pool, and relax. If we come back we would definately rent this home again and have recommended it to many of our friends planning to travel there! We just returned home from our vacation at this property, and it definetly was everything that we saw in the pictures and in the description we read. The home is very spacious and no one felt cramped at any time.We had six adults and one 9 year old, and and there wasn't one single complaint. The pool and spa are awesome. We swam every day, and I had trouble getting my grandson out of the pool. We visited all the parks, and even found time for a little golf. There were several golf courses close by, and with very reasonable rates. I would recommend this house to families, golfing groups, and just about anyone. Hopefully we can return for another vacation soon.

A wonderful holiday home

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this villa, and it is just perfect in terms of facilities, decor and location. Grand Reserve

First I would like to say that the house and location were PHENOMINAL! We were only 10 min from the Disney parks, which was extremely convenient. We had easy access to the highway, shopping, and restaurants. The house had an awesome layout with plenty of room (the pictures and amenities posted on this site were very accurate). It was perfect for our family (everyone had their own room and bathroom). At the end of a long day at the parks, we had so many rooms to choose from to relax, and have our own space. We could not get enough of the pool. We thought with all the running around we had planned, we wouldn't get much use out of it (we were so wrong). We used it everyday first thing in the morning and after a long day at the parks. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook our meals. This saved on cost as well as ensured my family ate some nutritious meals throughout the week. We loved the property so much, that we are already planning the dates to book for next year. Our family recommends Disney, SeaWorld, Aquatica park, and Cocoa Beach as nearby activities. But to be honest, just relaxing at the house was a vacation alone. We had a couple of down days to rejuvenate ourselves, which led us to plan a two week vacation next year (we need more time to space out the parks and relaxation days). The owners worked with our budget and ensured our stay was pleasant. I am forever grateful to Darren for providing my family a vacation and memories of a lifetime.

We stayed at Grand Reserve in March 2010 and cannot rate it highly enough. We were meeting various family members from different areas of the world spanning three generations and found the accommodation very well suited our needs. The house had a very social feel with its open plan living area, but also gave privacy to each family group when they wanted it. The two teenagers had their own rooms with TV’s which kept them entertained whilst the older members of the group enjoyed the quiet spots where they could relax in peace. We even had a 7 month old who was catered for with a high chair, cot and stroller available which was incredibly useful. The pool and jacuzzi were great (though not often used due to slightly chilly weather) and the home from home feel was very welcoming.The villa is very well situated for trips to the theme parks and shopping areas as it sits minutes off the Interstate 4. However its immediate setting is quiet and safe and you feel a long way from the hussle and bussle of the main tourist areas.Thank you so much Darren and Kim for letting us use the villa. We had a wonderful stay at your home from 2/13/2010-2/20/2010. My parents and my in-laws were traveling with us and two of them are disabled and can't climb stairs. We chose this home because there were two master bedrooms on the ground floor for them. My husband and I were able to stay in the upstairs master bedroom and we enjoyed the space and privacy of that area. The twin bedrooms had subtle Disney decorative touches and the children were very comfortable. The den was also a nice place for the children to hang out in and they enjoyed the Play Station II. The weather this particular week was very cold, because of that we did not get much use of the pool/spa, but the fact that you have a solar blanket in addition to the pool heater allowed us to get some use out of it. My sister stayed in a nearby house and their pool did not have a solar blanket and it was much colder than our pool and they didn't use it at all. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Kim & Darren, Your home lived up to our expectations, clean, nicely furnished, lots of room, and a feeling of being at home. With six adults and two children, we had lots of room and plenty of individual privacy (if needed). Most of our time was spent either poolside or in the combined kitchen-great room when not out exploring the Orlando area. We had a wonderful time at your villa. Even though we enjoyed Disney and Sea World, the boys kept asking when we were going to go back to the house to go swimming and hang out. I think they could have made an entire vacation out of that. The villa was perfect. We had two families staying and there was still plenty of room. You have a beautiful home. We really enjoyed staying at your house and it was much more thanwe anticipated, I was getting tired from all the walking inside taking care of our 4 kids! They enjoyed having a TV in their room (they don’thave one in their room at home), new toys to play with, and a pristinepool out the back door. It was wonderful to come back after a hot dayat Disney, take a quick dip in the pool, a quick nap in a room without kids, another pool session and then back to Disney in the evening.It was much better than a hotel with all the crowds and community pool!! My husband, teenage son, and I spent three weeks in this villa in Jan/Feb 09 while my husband had his break from deployment in Afghanistan. We have always stayed in hotels before this, but I think we are hooked on renting now. The convenience of having a home away from home can't be beat. Darren was so pleasant to deal with and everything was just as the pictures showed. He helped me feel relaxed about the whole process and was very prompt in returning our security deposit. I was the one responsible for chosing our vacation rental. When my husband and son's eyes lit up as they first walked through the villa, I knew I had made the right choice. The floorplan ensures that everyone has their own space and privacy, yet offers wonderful areas for gathering as a family. We loved the open plan of the kitchen and family room. The pool and spa was used everyday, even though we had some cool temperatures. The location of the villa is the best we have seen. It is close to all the parks and shopping, yet set in a beautiful, very quiet community, with a grocery store and pharmacy just a five minute drive away. Even with all there is to do in this area, we still spent many days just staying "home" and enjoyed being together at the villa.

We had a super family holiday. Our first trip to Florida and the villa is superb. It was so handy for trips to the Theme parks in orlando and Busch gardens. The web pictures dont do credit to this villa. Our kids really loved the pool and enjoyed themselves. Even Tropical storm Fay didnt wreck our stay at this lovely home. thanks for letting us stay there.

Had to take a second and tell you how great a trip we had. Your house was a key to making the trip super! Your home was roomier than I would have expected and the furnishings were super. The house had plenty of private space and a great kitchen. We were in the area for a family reunion and we never felt squeezed or that the house was too small. 4 adults and 4 kids fit well in the home. The topper was the pool! Bigger than most and very delightful. Kids loved it and the adults enjoyed the late night relaxation. We will contact you again for our next Florida trip. Dear Darren and Kim, Thank you for allowing my family to rent your Florida vacation home for two weeks in February of 2008. We had a fantastic trip! Our vacation experience was greatly enhanced by staying in your lovely home. Everything about he home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The house was well stocked and provided all the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub were a great relief after long days in Disney World, and the privacy was lovely. The house is located perfectly for families visiting the parks. It is close enough to arrive conveniently each day, and far enough to get away when you need some distance to relax. Everything was perfect! I hope my family and I will have the chance to rent your home on future trips to the Orlando area. Great accomdations!!! Four familes, and no one was stepping on each other. Beautiful neighborhood! Much more then we expected! Thanks Kim and Darren, we all had a great vacation. If you have a large group don't stay in a hotel, stay here!!

The pictures on this webiste do not do this property justice! We had a wonderful time staying at this house and will defintely look forward to trying to reserve this house again in the future. Great amenities, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, and a wonderful pool! Plus, you are only minutes away from Disney, but far enough away to not be stuck in all the "touristy stuff." THIS IS A GREAT HOUSE, DO NOT SEARCH ANYWHERE ELSE!

We have been to Florida many times and always look forward to staying in a villa. We were delighted with the high standard of accommodation in Kimberleigh and Darren's villa. The upstairs bedroom was particularly attractive.The pool was always warm and the spa was great to relax in after a hard day shopping or at the beach! Its location is excellent with easy access to the I4 and the 192. We like this area as it is still surrounded by countryside but shops, restaurants and Parks are all within easy reach. The villa is excellent value and would rent again if we return to Florida. Thanks from the Williamsons

We had a wonderful time in this home; very spacious and the pool/hot tub area was a godsend after a day in the theme parks! Everything was well stocked and the neighborhood is very quiet! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Dear Darren & Kim We can't sing the praises of your house highly enough - beautifully presented, very clean, very comfortable, very spacious & with all mod cons. The pool was a big hit, especially with the children. Food, provisions and ATMs were easily come by at Champions Gate - an easy two minute drive away. A 10 minute drive into Disney the house is a very welcome place to return to, to relax and unwind after a hard day "Disneying it!". When we return to Orlando to do things we didn't manage this time round we will DEFINITELY be looking to stay here again.

Dear Kim, We had a wonderful time at your house. Our kids loved the swimming pool and wanted to spend every minutes there. Kim, Just a few lines in your guestbook to let you and all your future guests know just how much we enjoyed our stay at your villa. We can not praise your accommodation enough and we found it idealy located for our visits to Disneyworld. Just a short journey along the I4 and straight into the Disney parks and most of the other entertainment areas. It was our first visit to America and your villa with its facilities and swimming pool (which the kids lived in while in the villa) helped to make our holiday one of the best we have had. With a little help from Disney of course!! We hope to visit Disneyworld again as we did not have time to see all we wished to and it goes without saying that we will contact you first to see if your villa is available. Hi Kim, We were blown away when we entered your home for the first time ( I say home as this is how it felt ) as you know we booked your home from the internet which just does not do your home justice, I do not know how you could improve your webb site picture wise, but please try because the reality is so much better than the pictures.also the people that manage your house were great. All in all renting your villa was the best thing we did that holiday and we will most certaintly come again and we feel most happy to recommend your home to our friends. We recently stayed in your house during our visit to orlando and were amazed when we opened the front door to see the size of the house.The little touches like towels in the shape of swans was lovely and the house was very clean indeed.We would definately stay there again.

We had a fantastic time - The villa is perfect as a base for an Orlando holiday with easy access to I4 and short drive times to Disney. The villa was so big that we were able to let our teenagers occupy their part of the house and we stayed in ours!! The pool and spa were really nice, and the house was well maintained and clean. All in all a brilliant time, and we will be back!!!
