Enjoy a complete southwestern experience in this 3000sf home at the base of the Sandia Mountains foot hills, fully furnished vacation home features an incredible living space including shaded covered outdoor patio area, barbque grill, and living room stone fireplace with lots of seating. The master bathroom features large windows with views to the mountains and overlooking the city lights. master suite has one walk-in closet and King size bed. The three guest rooms are furnished. Twin beds in one room, one queen size bed in the second, and one full size bed in the third. Extra large sectional sofa,( can sleep two medium size adults), in the living room with stone gas log fireplace which creates a relaxing ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen has a electric range stove,dishwasher, fridge, two built in micro waves, and a washer/ dryer in the laundry room.
The covered patio off the living room. The backyard is shaded by large trees and features desert-friendly landscaping. The grill area sets this property apart from most others. You'll really enjoy this outdoor space. The backyard s fully enclosed to allow children and pets to explore safely.

I would definately recommend this house to anyone who wants a home-away-from-home while on vacation. House: Huge two story and a large backyard with gate access to the hiking trails at the base of the Sandia Mountains Bedding/Linens: Clean and comfortable. Master suite bed was a tempurpedic, adjustable, massage mattress. Enjoyed a nice afternoon massage while reading. Hottub: It was located off the master bedroom deck. Small "Soft Tub" style, and filter may not have been working very well because it started having a wierd smell. But, it did have the most awesome view of the Albuquerque city skyline and the sunsets. Kitchen: There were plenty of utensils, cookware, and spices to use. Only need to bring food and paper towels. Laudry: Did a few loads of laundry (soap provided) while we were there. Always nice to have clean clothes going home. I would definately stay here again.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.
This is a good place especially if you travel with family. The property locates in the middle of very calm residential area and the house is spacious enough to accommodate up to 8 people. I would go back if I need to stay in NM again.
