PALM VILLA is a Private Executive Villa, built in 1999, equipped and furnished to the highest standards, with its own heated pool. Sleeps up to eight people in three bedrooms.
Clear Creek was built some 5 years ago, half an hour from Orlando International.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipment includes cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, filter coffee maker, and toaster. All utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc. are provided. There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the en-suite has a king-size shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.
The villa is located on a quiet residential development, but very close to the theme parks, golf courses, restaurants, diners, shops, and other attractions. There is a State Park only ten minutes away where activities include fishing. The development includes its own supermarket and Wal Mart's newest store is only five minutes away.
The pool deck has chairs, sun loungers and tables and there is a lanai to provide shade if the sun gets too hot. The pool deck overlooks a delightful expanse of mown grass, bushes, trees, and water. Start the day with a swim in your own pool. In the evening enjoy a drink on the patio whilst watching the sunset behind the trees.
