PALM VILLA is a Private Executive Villa, built in 1999, equipped and furnished to the highest standards, with its own heated pool. Sleeps up to eight people in three bedrooms.High speed internet is provided free of charge.
45 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipment includes cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, filter coffee maker, and toaster. All utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc. are provided. There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the en-suite has a king-size shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.
The villa is located on a quiet residential development, but very close to the theme parks, golf courses, restaurants, diners, shops, and other attractions. There is a State Park only ten minutes away where activities include fishing. The development includes its own supermarket and Wal Mart's newest store just five minutes away.
The pool deck has chairs, sun loungers and tables and there is a lanai to provide shade if the sun gets too hot. The pool deck overlooks a delightful expanse of mown grass, bushes, trees, and water. Start the day with a swim in your own pool. In the evening enjoy a drink on the patio whilst the sun sets behind the trees.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was our first time for vrbo, and we enjoyed having the villa versus a hotel room. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and it was great to sit by the pool and read. The owner was very easy to work with, and we will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Excellent villa just as described. Had three weeks holiday in July-August 2010 we couldn't keep the children out of the pool!!! Villa was a short distance to local supermarkets, restaurants and outlets. We would definately recommend and would definately return.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.
