The villas are located very close to Akumal Bay, Akumal's central commercial center. (A short 10 minute walk)
The main level of Casa del Mar consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and open living/dining area. The dining area and living area both look out over ocean side patios. Casa del Mar is designed to highlight the view with full ocean views via two sets of sliding glass doors. An air conditioned guest bedroom with king bed and bath are also on the main level. This bedroom opens on to the pool deck.
The master bedroom is on the upper level. It is bright and very spacious with a large ocean side terrace furnished with hammocks and patio furniture for you to enjoy. The bedroom is furnished with king bed and is air conditioned for your comfort. There is a TV/DVD player for your enjoyment. It has a private bath with shower.
Also on the second level is a smaller bedroom, that faces the garden side of the property also with air conditioning, perfect for children. This bedroom is furnished with one single and one double bed. This bedroom has a large bath with ocean view.
Casa del Mar's upper roof observatory top provides a beautiful panoramic view of the Akumal area and Half Moon Bay, perfect for sun bathing or star gazing.
