We bought this unit because of its location right on the canal with beautiful vistas of the harbor. As the saying goes -"Location, location, location". Also it is within an easy walk to the beach, and a pool and restaurant are only a few steps away.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My family enjoys just throwing a fishing line off the balcony and feeding the ducks, heron and fish that are nearby.
