You will feel completely at home in this newly remodeled house. The fully supplied kitchen will enable you to prepare meals for your family when you are not up to dining out. All rooms are freshly painted. The great room features a cable television, VCR, DVD, as well as a stereo and CD player; so bring along your favorite movies and CD's to keep the kids entertained!
Four bedrooms have two queen beds, one double bed, and two twin beds. Two full, exceptionally clean bathrooms make getting ready for day, or night, easy. The house also features a central air conditioning and heat, two-car garage, washer and dryer, and an outdoor hot/cold shower.
Holden Beach has a restful feeling, perfect for families longing to relax on the white, sandy beach, swimming, walking, shelling, and sandcastle building. Or you can fish from the shore or pier. Concrete sidewalks which line Ocean Boulevard make visitors to Holden Beach feel safe while strolling, jogging, or biking up and down the main street.
Local restaurants serving up the freshest seafood, putt-putt, waterslide, bumper boats, go-karts, amusements, and golf driving range are only minutes away across the causeway. The nearby pavilion provides entertainment for teens.
If it is golf you are looking for, there are 37 golf courses in Brunswick County, ten to thirty minutes away. For boaters, there are two nearby marinas, offering easy access to the intercoastal waterway.
Holden Beach, North Carolina is located just 35 minutes from the bright lights and hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. You can have the best of both worlds, cruising the strip, shopping the outlets, or dancing the night away at the clubs of Myrtle Beach, or spending quiet days and nights relaxing in Holden Beach's family atmosphere.
You may wish to spend a day touring historic Wilmington, North Carolina, which is also 35 minutes away. On the way, be sure to take the ferry from Southport and visit the Fort Fisher Civil War Museum and the Fort Fisher Aquarium.

We purchased this wonderful beachhouse because it was on a wonderful family beach. We loved the four bedroom, which would be perfect for two families on vacation and of course, the proximity to the beach was ideal. You can see the beach...smell the beach... and hear the beach!!

My family of four rented this house for our trip to the beach. This is a lovely house located directly across the street from beach access. The beach was beautiful with plenty of shells for my daughter. My son enjoyed fishing at the dock about a half mile away. The house was cozy, arranged perfectly for our needs. We look forward to our next trip.

My party had a wonderful time during their stay at this home, and the rental process could not have been easier. The home itself was clean when we arrived and the location was terrific. It really is directly across the road from the walkway to the beach. The owner was wonderful to work with and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway.

We had such a fun and relaxing Spring Break visit! Dawn was so easy to work with, and provided great information regarding the local attractions and restaurants. The location of the home is wonderful - beach access right across the street was super convenient with two little ones. The other thing we really appreciated was how well the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, etc. There wasn't a single thing we needed and couldn't find. I would highly recommend renting bikes - the kids really enjoyed it and it was super convenient to hop on and ride down to the pier or to grab an ice cream snack. We were already talking about coming for another visit before we ever left!!! Thanks so much!

The Partins were great to work with by giving us easy and accurate information about the house. We took them up on some of their restaurant recommendations, too. We spent a week here this summer and loved it!! I have 2 small children so being so close to the beach was great! The place was clean and comfortable. The beach itself was clean and uncrowded. It was one of the best vacations we have taken. I can't wait to go back!

What a good start it was! We spent a whole week this summer. Easy access to the beach, we had a great dinner on the front deck and the kitchen was comfy and well-stocked. The bathrooms were pristine (loved the outdoor shower!) and we couldn't have found a better bargain in all of Holden! Thanks, Dawn!

Our three-day vacation at Dawn's home at the beach was WONDERFUL! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay... four bedrooms, two baths, right across the street from the best beach around! And the house had everything we could have asked for in the way of amenities. It was very clean and Dawn's book of instructions on places to see, eat, shop, and so forth were very helpful. We loved it and plan to return again... if we can ever find it vacant! Thanks for making it so easy to have a great vacation Dawn and co-owners!
