Enjoy the best views in the Mount Washington Valley. Our smoke-free condominium is an END UNIT(more windows & larger)high on the hill of Nordic Village with spectacular views from both the balcony and patio. View wildlife right out your door. This luxury mountain condo comfortably sleeps four to eight people, offers (two) master baths complete with jacuzzi tubs on each of two levels.

Additionally, the living areas each have gas fireplaces (two), a 52 inch large screen HD TV on the upper level and a 27 inch TV on the bottom level. The bedroom/sleeping areas each have TV's and the fully stocked kitchen will satisfy even the most discerning tastes.

If you love the outdoors, you will find the large, open, grassy area directly behind the condo ideal for throwing the ball around, a game of horseshoes or just relaxing and having a leisurely barbecue. Have a picnic at the gazebo and BBQ on the charcoal grill directly behind the condo while taking in the spectacular views. In winter, bring along your sled & sled right behind the condo at Alpine Park.

The property has three pools(two outdoor, one indoor). One outdoor pool and the jacuzzi are heated and open all winter (swim under the snowflakes), nightly bonfires year round & children's entertainment (clowns, magicians, etc.) during the summer months, rowboats, arcade, tennis, basketball, horseshoe pit, playground, ice skating and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding hill. The kids will never be bored!

Our unit can be rented with both levels (two bedrooms, two living rooms, two baths - approx.1600 square feet) ideal for two families to each stay on one level and have privacy yet be together. Or each level can be rented separately for smaller gatherings.
