We've rented numerous condo units over the years and this is the cleanest we've encountered. The unit was very comfortable and updated. The views were just amazing and it was a very quite complex. Everything you need is right there in the unit. The pool area is very nice and the beach is right across the street. You can't go wrong with this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

I have stayed in several condos in the Bonita Beach/Naples area, and this is by far the best one for the price. It's perfect for two people. The beds and sofa were very comfortable, and the unit was clean and very well maintained. It also has beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. It's in a great location between Naples and Fort Meyers Beach, and is just steps from the beach. The owner was very helpful answering all of our questions by email before the trip, and even called to check on things once we arrived. We will definitely stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The owners description of this unit does not do it justice. There are gulf and bay views from the screened in lani. It overlooks the pool and tennis courts. It has all you need and is immaculate. The owners are local and very responsive. He even called the first night to be sure everything was ok. The beach is 300 steps away and 3 restaurants even closer. We will be back!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
