The second and master bedrooms are on the top floor with brand new beds! The kids room has a pull out trundle & walk in closet. There is a full bathroom and washer dryer unit that separates the two bedrooms.

Year Purchased: 2004
I'm a mortgage broker that is broker then anyone reading this blog. I keep this unit as my pet and take care of her well. I also have a few rentals in Denver and like to ski, hunt, lift weights, travel and cook. I'm divorced with two boys, a dog, two rats and three fish.
Why the Owner Chose Sawmill Station
I was swindled into buying this unit by a bad actor. I use it 3-4 times per year and my ex-wife tries to get use to it also. Most of the time I just go up and work on the unit, although summer is nice with a few blue moons on the deck. I do like to bring up several woman in the winter. We get real good use out of the hot tub and new beds.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
It's very quiet and I like to BBQ, drink beer, and sit in the hot tub.
