  Fresh, new townhome in a great complex. Location is just off Hwy 40 so there are multiple options for bus transportation. Easy walk to downtown. Clean unit with plenty of space. Private hot tub was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this property.

  Wonderful stay. Booking process was simple and up front and Frank was a great host. Condo was very clean, decorated nicely and had great views. The decks are perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises and the condo was supplied with everything you need for your stay. Because of my experience I will be a returning renter as long as Frank owns this condo. Lets not forget the hot tub. BEST PART ! Thank you Frank

  My family came up for a weekend getaway....this place was just perfect for 6 adults and our small dog! If you are coming up and planning on cooking a big dinner (thanksgiving) bring your own pans, as the kitchen has a sparse collection of pots and pans, and no toaster....but that is the only knock I can give it! We will rent again.

  We stayed in this unit just last weekend and it was outstanding. Great location in the middle of Winter Park close to walking and biking trails, right next to the park. Walking distance to nearly everything. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable for the 6 of us and the dog. The owner was extremely easy to work with and the contract is simple and straightforward. We will definitely come back next summer!

  We are a family of 4 with a teenage son and daughter. This unit was roomy and everyone was able to have his/her own space. The kitchen is an excellent asset to this unit as it was well equipped and clean. My son enjoyed using the PS3 games and equipment. Location is very close to the center of Winter Park Village and to the ski area. This was our first visit to Winter Park in the Summer, and we had a wonderful visit. The walk along the small river was breathtaking and so near the unit. If you are looking for an economical place to stay in Winter Park to view and experience the Rocky Mountains, this is the place to stay!!

  The property was rustic. No king size bed or master bedroom with a bathroom. The bathrooms were in the hallway and shared. I had stayed in a unit across the street last year that was much nicer so I expected more, especially from the hot tub as I used it twice a day. This units hot tub was slimy with about six inches of foam on top of the water and it wouldn't heat up to 104 degrees. It took the owner three days to fix it and only after threatening to move out. This unit had a shared bathroom upstairs for the two bedrooms. The bedroom on the walk-in level had glass splinters in the carpet, one of which ended up in my foot.

  Owner response: This guest attempted to get out of the contract the day before arrival. He got the lowest priced unit in the complex. The hot tub is new and is serviced on a weekly basis, no one else every complained about the hot tub in the past three years. My cleaning service complained about the trash that was left in the unit and it took four hours to clean the unit. The guest was charged for extra movies that he ordered on pay per view and then complained about paying for them. We drain and re-fill the hot tub monthly and the place is cleaned after each move out, this guest will not be invited back and an e-mail will go out to all the other owners in Saw Mill station - DO NOT RENT TO THIS GUY!

  We made a last minute decision to head to Winter Park. The owner was great and very accommodating, and the transaction was very painless. This condo is in a great location, close to rentals and restaurants, which are all within walking distance if you desire. Also, there's a nice little sledding hill just next to the property. This condo is clean, updated, and great for the family. The fireplace was especially nice to warm up next to after the cold, and the garage was a bonus. Overall, we had a good time and I will rent again.

  Overall, our stay at this condo was wonderful. We came as 2 separate families: 2 adults with 2 kids and then 2 other adults and the space was very accomodating. There was lots of room and we all had a little privacy. It was decorated nicely and the furniture and beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be to offer more bath towels as we had to wash towels alot during our 7 night stay between showers and hot tubbing. There was a washer/dryer in the unit which was extremely convenient. The hot tub was wonderful. We were within walking distance from many shops and restaurants in Winter Park and the shuttle was convenient for skiing. We will certainly return during our next stay in Winter Park.
