The bright, open floor plan of our beautiful mountain home lends itself to comfortable, family living. As you walk in the front entry, the Great Room on the main floor is spacious and grand with cathedral ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room (including a table that seats ten), a wet bar, fireplace and two large gathering areas.
This is the perfect house for two families to enjoy shared living space and privacy (total square footage is approximately 3600 sq. ft.)! There are two full master bedroom suites (king beds, walk in closets, full baths) situated at opposite ends of the house. In addition, there is a bunk room that sleeps four comfortably (perfect for children or teens) as well as a bedroom with a queen size bed.
The house has three VCRs and two DVD players set up in various rooms. Off the Great Room there is a 40 foot deck with patio furniture…just right for family or romantic dining.The layout of the house ensures easy transition from outside activities to indoor living.
Although there is a lot to do in and around Incline Village, you may want to stay 'home' and just enjoy this special house! Work on a puzzle, play Scrabble, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace, watch your favorite movie...there is room for everyone's favorite activities. The house is stocked with puzzles, board games, movies, magazines and good books all for your relaxing pleasure.
Located off the top of Country Club Drive, Mount Rose (14 minutes away), Diamond Peak (8 minutes) and Northstar (25 minutes) ski resorts for downhill and cross country skiing are easily accessible.In the summer, enjoy access to the Incline Village private beaches. Spring and fall activities include golf, bike riding and tennis.
Year round, you can enjoy the stream that is set back on the 3/4 acre property. Also, the Incline Village Recreation Center is opened year round with an indoor heated pool, basketball courts, full complement of exercise equipment, ping pong table, and free internet access.
At our home, we have put together a binder that lists the best places to eat, drink and shop. The regularly updated information in this book lists directions and phone numbers to nearby places to make your stay most enjoyable and easy! The owners are also available to help acquaint you with the area. |
