Built in 2004, only one block to the beach with beautiful Atlantic Ocean views from the decks. Enjoy a private heated pool with a Covered Cabana Summer Kitchen. After a day of ocean and world class activities, you will find the perfect surroundings for entertaining family and friends.
The home has headboard walls, heart-of-pine and tile floors and a gourmet kitchen. All furniture throughout the house is from Seabrook Classics. Carolina Lowcountry Collection. Spiral staircases on the decks. Doors from each bedroom to decks. There is an enclosed screen porch on the first floor deck.
With an outdoor shower at the gate you can splash off sand before a dip in the pool, then you will find two hot water private outdoor showers. The pool can be heated during the Spring and Fall when temperatures stay above 60 degrees, With the convenience of an elevator, luggage and groceries can be transported with ease.
The house is on Cameron Blvd, on the corner of 40th and Cameron Blvd, looking down 40th is your beach access/path, only 375 feet away. A few blocks in the opposite direction is the Isle of Palms Marina.
The beach house is at the center of the island, away from inlets. At low tide the sand is perfect for bicyling, tennis, bocce ball, volleyball............. best of all, the shoal is gradual for swimming.

Four couples stayed at this house, and found it to be perfect for all of us. Extremely clean, well appointed and a great location. Unusual that towels are not provided, but we brought our own. Unfortunately for us, the weather was bad during our stay, but because the house was so lovely, our trip was still successful.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful house. Mary was great to work with on arrangements, payments, heating the pool. I've told my extended family in NC about the place, we want to go back in the fall. Just lovely!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our entire family enjoyed this vacation home. It offered everything we could ask for. The large, secluded pool was a hit with everyone from the three year old to the grandparents. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunsets from the third floor observation deck. It has great views of the ocean, runs the length of the house, and as such, offers the perfect setting for evening cocktails. Shopping and grocery stores are all close by. Owners are great to work with. We would highly recommend this vacation home.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We just got back from staying at this property for our spring break. It was so much better than we expected. We have been renting down at Isle of Palms for 9 years and it was probably the nicest rental place we have ever stayed. It was exceptionally clean and everything from the counter tops to the furniture was high end. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. The landscaping in the backyard was beautiful and made it very private. I think my favorite part of the house was the great heated pool. Our kids were able to swim at 9:00 am and it was a comfortable temperature. It has great lighting at night for late night dips. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and would go again in a heartbeat!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
