This awesome gulf-front, 1801-square-foot, corner unit on the 16th floor is a three-bedroom, two-bath condominium and is the only development with an open concept floor plan of this kind. Professionally decorated, nine-foot ceilings, a beautiful full kitchen with all the amenities, and unbelievable full length windows, wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf Coast where you can see the sunrise and the sunset. That's 180 degrees of view! Gorgeous during the day, breathtaking at sunrise and sunset, and stunning at night.

Gulf Crest offers two heated hot tubs, two very large pools (one heated), a separate kiddy pool, dune walkover, fitness room, game room, three high-speed elevators, and parking garage for your convenience. Beach chairs are available for an additional charge. We furnish beach towels during your stay.

This unit was not furnished to be a rental unit, but rather, it was intended to be a home and was furnished accordingly. You will find designer furnishings and accessories, luxury linens, down pillows, National Geographic furniture by Lane, premium quality dishware, and other features too numerous to list here. Tile floors, granite countertops and bar with stainless steel appliances are well above the norm. The upgraded amenities easily justify the rental rates.

The Master bedroom boasts a king size bed with large TV housed in the armoire, drapes (not blinds) with black-outs for sleeping late and doors to the balcony.

The other 2 bedrooms are funrished with queen beds and also have doors to the wrap-a-round balcony. TVs are in each bedroom. The bedrooms are carpeted and have West Indies decor like the rest of the condo.

A hide-a-bed sofa makes a queen size bed and there are bunks for the younger generation. Sleeps 10 in all.

You will want to return year after year! Seventy percent of our renters are return guests. Please check the Guest Book for comments from previous guests.
