ALOHA AND WELCOME TO OUR OHANA (FAMILY)
New to the vacation rental arena. This beautiful ocean view Ohana is located at 700' elevation, just 3 miles above Kona Town. It is a very relaxing environment surrounded by tropical plants and trees. It is the perfect location retreat close to beaches, sightseeing, shopping, snorkeling, cruises, whale watching, dolphin encounters, evening manta ray viewing or snorkeling with the manta rays, golfing, scuba diving and many more activities.
Upon arrival relax on your private lanai and unwind with a glass of your favorite beverage while enjoying the view of the ocean awaiting the beautiful sunset. After sunset marvel at the stars above Kailua Kona.
Awake in the morning to the sound of the local birds. Now it is time to enjoy your first cup of fresh Kona Coffee while sitting on your private lanai taking in the ocean view. After your relaxing morning, you will be ready to take on the Big Island and the many activities it has to offer.
We have done our best to make your Big Island experience as relaxing and pleasurable as possible.

About the owner: Aloha, Toni and I had spent many years vacationing in Maui. In 2001 we visited the Big Island and fell in love with it. If we had not just purchased a home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona we would have moved to Kona at that time. During our stay in Lake Havasu we entered the tourism industry Buying a boat rental company, off road tour company and expanded our tour company to tours to Grand Canyon West where the new Sky walk is located. In 2009 we sold out left the desert and headed for Kona. The next 3 years we moved three times and lived at 3 different elevations. We found the 700' elevation to be perfect no need for air conditioning just ceiling fans and lovely cool evenings. In October of 2012, we purchased our Kilohana home which had the potential for an Ohana (guest quarters). We now have a fully equipped 1169 Sq. Ft Ohana where we hope our guests will find the Ohana to be their haven while experiencing the beauty of our unique island. With our vast tourism back round we hope to enhance your Island experience while visiting the Big Island.
