This spacious, vaulted-ceiling townhome has 1200 square feet with two bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths arranged in private suites. The master suite has a queen-sized bed and a private steam shower; the second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunkbed and additional twin bed and a Jacuzzi tub.
The living room, perfect for relaxing after a great day on the slopes or hiking, has two leather sofas (one sleeper), gas fireplace, 32-inch TV, DVD, and stereo. The radiant in-floor heating keeps your family warm and cozy during the winter months and the many windows and large patio encourage you to enjoy the wonderful summer and fall days. The attached private garage allows you to avoid the elements and unpack with ease while keeping your car protected from the snow.
For those families with diverse interests, the Summit County stage stops on the main road transporting you to the towns of Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne (outlet malls!), or the ski resorts of Keystone and Copper. From the Frisco Transportation Center, bus service is available direct to the Denver Airport or Vail.

Year Purchased: 2004
We purchased the townhome new in 2004 to enjoy weekends skiing and hiking. Several years and two children later, we find it a little harder to break away from Denver and rent the townhome those times we don't intend to use it.
Why the Owner Chose Highland Greens
The townhome is 2.5 miles from Main St. Breckenridge and is very peaceful. We didn't want to be just another door down a long, noisy condo hall. We love the back deck, yard to play in during the summer and convenient shuttle to the slopes in the winter (fantastic with small kids!).
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
We love the quiet community, coffee/happy hour on the back deck in the summertime and great chats on the shuttle with fellow-skiers.
