The Holbrook Bay Commons is a great family place. There is plenty to do all year round. You can ski at Jay Peak (19 miles), snowmobile (VAST access runs right through Holbrook Bay property), sail or motor boat to Canada for dinner. The property was recently redecorated, extremely comfortable. Everything is new!
The unit is ground level and there is access to the deck from both the living room and the master bedroom. The views of the lake are incredible. You will have access to the private dock and there is plenty of space for storage of your trailer for your boat or snowmobile.
Lake Memphremagog is an enormous Lake running from Newport to beyond the Canadian border. Boat rentals at Marina Pier in Newport. Great fishing, boating, water skiing, swimming, etc.
Newport has good shopping and places to eat. You will fall in love with the area. This is a great place for a vacation. For more pictures of the condo please contact us.
