This house is perfect for large groups who want to be under the same roof. NEW FULLY REMODELED KITCHEN!! It is the second and third house from the beach, as we own two lots that the house stretches over. There is a very nice view of the ocean and castle rock from both decks on the front of our home, off the living room and the kitchen. And WiFi. New LCD TV/DVD!
You are just two houses from easy beach access. Finding a home that has seating for 16 people at dinner is not easy but you will find it here. Your group will find a pool table for endless entertainment.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Rates $200-$425/night.All holidays are 4-night minimum at high season rate.
$125 Cleaning + $300 sec. deposit + 8% tax (to keep cleaning fees down we
ask that you do all the laundry). Security Deposits are returned within 45 days.

60 day cancellation policy except high season(May22-Oct15)is 120 day cancellation
