This warmly decorated, two-bedroom condominium had been upgraded with granite countertops, newer tile, and has an oversized deck looking west over a bubbling brook. This complex has a recently remodeled clubhouse with indoor pool, indoor hot tub, three outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam, racquetball courts, and new locker rooms. This facility is right next to this building.
Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with new comforter. There is private access to the oversized deck, and there is a full bathroom. The other bedroom is on the other side of the family room, and has a set of bunk beds, with a double-size bed on the lower bunk. The second bathroom is just outside this bedroom. There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the family room.
Floor Plan: This unit has a gas fireplace with hookup for the gas grill on the deck. In addition, there is a new stove and new refrigerator, and a microwave in the kitchen with new granite countertops. Enjoy the TV/DVD in the family room with the new surround sound system! Seating for meals is at the dining room table and chairs, and the barstools at the breakfast bar separating the kitchen and family/dining area. There is underground parking for this unit.
