This centrally located townhome nestled in the heart of Brekenridge is only one block off Main Street, on the free bus route, and within walking distance to the ski slopes, grocery store, all restaurants, shops and bars.
This spacious townhome is newly furnished and sleeps up to 8 guests very comfortably and privately. The townhome consists of 1,600 square feet on two floors. Partially covered parking is just steps from the front door and mudroom. Located on the main floor is the mudroom, full laundry room, half-bath, fully equipped kitchen, dinning and living rooms with a large rock gas fireplace and a queen sofa sleeper. The dinning room table seats six and four at the bar. The living room offers a large screen TV with digital cable, DVD, Stereo System with Surround Sound and wireless internet.
There are two decks to enjoy the spectacular panoramic views of the Breckenridge mountain slopes just off the living and dinning rooms. Guests can also enjoy a soothing après ski soak in the six person spa/hot tub located on the deck.
The second floor consists of three bedrooms with plenty of closet and storage space and two full-bathrooms. The master suite offers vaulted ceilings, magnificent views, a king-size bed and a private bath with double sinks, separate shower and a corner jetted jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. A queen bed is located in the third bedroom and next to the full bath.
