Visit us in our newly refurbished, ocean view villa number 316. Call or e-mail for rates! See the ocean when you awaken in the morning from your bedroom. All bedding and linens have been recently replaced. We recently reupholstered all living room furniture in fun beach colored fabrics . We are steps from the pool and 100 steps to the beach. Our pool can be used without the purchase of amenity cards and is for the private use only of owners and guests of Capt. John Fripp villas phase I&II.
The Capt. John Fripp Villas Phase I&II are located in a convenient mid-island location. Our beach has an easy stair crossover just steps from our back door with beach access at all tides. We are located across from the tennis courts and next to the Beach Club. If you enjoy biking, walking, or just sitting with a good book listening to the ocean, Fripp is the place for you. Two golf courses are located on the island and many others are on surrounding islands. We are Fripp Club members which allows you to buy amenity cards which will provide full access to all Fripp activities for you and your family.
CONTINUING IN 2014-WE WILL INCLUDE 2 AMENITY CARDS FREE OF CHARGE TO ALL WEEKLY RENTERS. THESE CARDS ENABLE YOU TO EXPERIENCE ALL FRIPP HAS TO OFFER. YOU BE ABLE TO FREQUENT ALL RESTAURANTS INCLUDING THE FOOD COURT LOCATED NEXT DOOR TO OUR VILLA, ALL CLUB POOLS, THE 2 FRIPP GOLF COURSES AND TENNIS. YOU MAY PARTICIPATE IN KIDS CLUBS, BIKE RENTALS, GOLF CART AND BOAT RENTALS. NOT ALL OWNERS ARE CLUB MEMBERS AND THEREFORE CANNOT PROVIDE THESE AMENITY CARDS FOR THEIR RENTERS. WE WANT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO ENJOY ALL OF FRIPP AND NOT BE TURNED AWAY FROM ANYWHERE. THIS IS A $100 VALUE.
Contact us for availability. We will do weekend rates for Fall and Spring. Call for pricing. Consider a golf or tennis weekend for the Spring or Fall. Fall weekends can't be beat without the excessive heat or crowds. We are located just across the street from the tennis courts. Our kitchen was completely remodeled in January 2006 including all new maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances and Silestone counter tops. There is also a new ceramic tile floor for the entire first floor and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The villa has been completely repainted in updated colors. Wonderful Place to Stay
Laura's condo is a very warm, relaxing place to stay. All the amenities are there...it's great to have a kitchen with so many things to cook with! She is very accommodating and responsive. We have been going to Fripp since 1983 and stayed in many places, but we keep going back to hers!..the island and ocean are beautiful and the condo is literally at the heart of the island. You can walk almost everywhere. Thanks, Laura!

We needed a release/relax weekend without traveling too far due to ill health of elder parent. Found this beautiful villa which was just perfect for a great tennis weekend. Villa is steps away from tennis courts which was perfect for our needs. The villa offered a short walk to the pool and a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Rolling waves & wind can blow all your troubles from your mind! The villa was beautifully furnished to include upscale linens. The decor was soothing with soft sea colors which encouraged you to relax & enjoy total peace. Ready to rebook for March 2007.

About the owner: Laura and Hani Saleh have owned this villa since 2004. We purchased our first villa in 1999 and decided to purchase 316 as a way to allow others to enjoy Fripp with us. Laura has been vacationing on Fripp since 1975 with her family and Hani joined the annual trip when they married in 1984. They have 4 children who also have fallen in love with Fripp. The villa is made comfortable for family trips with an eye for comfort and kept updated to make your stay enjoyable. We hope you all experience the the magic of Fripp as a way to unwind from our busy lives.
Why the Owner Chose Captain John Fripp Villas:
We consider our location the best Fripp has to offer. The beach is a few hundred feet away and the pool is right outside our door. When our children were young this location allowed us to be at the beach or pool without the need for everyone to pack together in a car or golf cart to get to the fun. The Beach Club is a short walk across the parking lot and the tennis courts are just across the street. This allows mom and dad to relax as well and not be shuffling family around like at home. Beaufort is a 20 min ride into town and trips to Savannah or Charleston are easy day trips from Fripp. Our family usually plans a day trip one day each week we spend at Fripp. Most families drive to Fripp but we are accessible from Savannah Intl airport with a rental car as well.
