Location: Chandler, Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona, USA (20 minutes from Phoenix off Highway 10)

Accommodations:  House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8)

Our four bedroom, three bathroom home backs right onto the 6th hole of the Gold Course of Ocotillo, a 27 hole Troon course. Whirlwind Golf Course is only 10 minutes away, another 36 hole Troon course.
Our back yard has a deck where you can BBQ and eat, enjoy the golfers while swimming in our private pool (which can be heated).

The home is fully furnished with brand new furniture, all new mattresses, linens and appliances. There are three bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a choice of one king or two twins. It has an ensuite shared with the third bedroom which will have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the main floor and has a queen bed.

The kitchen has an open floor plan with a kitchen island opening to a warm family room. Both rooms have a view of the golf course, and open to the back yard and pool.

As a guest at our property, you will automatically have up to 50% off the 27 hole Ocotillo course and we sell rounds of more than 50% off on Phantom Horse Golf Course (limited amounts). We also offer a package will include access to our private Phantom Horse Athletic membership which will give you unlimited access to their incredible gym, squash courts, fitness classes, tennis courts, beach volleyball, pools and water slide park for the kids. Daycare is also available on-site at Phantom Horse. Close by are horseback riding and hiking. The cost of this membership is$45/person for 1 week or $150 for a family (maximum 8 people)for 1 week.
