Just a few steps to the beautiful powder-soft, white-sand Anna Maria Island Beach. This immaculate and inviting condominium is just one cottage away from being on the sand - but you save plenty!


Any (non-holiday) week in November or December (with a Saturday check in) is on sale for $650 - save $350.

The large roof-top deck has a full, unobstructed gulf view, as shown in the photo - so why pay more? Relax and enjoy the sunset from the deck overlooking the beach. Lots of advertisements say they are "close to the beach," but do they have this view from our sundeck? The beach is literally just steps away, with no streets to cross, no complexes to wander through. You are right there!

The complex is a small, eight unit complex, with its own heated swimming pool - so no crowds. The complex is easy to find - just two-tenths of a mile past the bridge to the island.

This large condo (1400 square feet) is definitely a "home away from home" with all imaginable amenities. There are two very spacious bedrooms that can sleep six: the master bedroom has a California king-size bed, the second also has a king-size bed, and there is a fold-out double twin bed. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The two enclosed lanais provide a nice reading area in the morning sun.

The central dehumidifier and seven ceiling fans leave you in comfort without having to blast the air conditioner. Two TVs, cable, DVD, VCR, stereo, and CD keep you well entertained while not at the beach.

A full kitchen, with dishwasher and all dishware, cookware and utensils, is included for your convenience. There is a separate dining area. Bed linens and other necessities are provided for your care-free holiday. A washer and dryer make packing easy! Phone with free local calls.

Bonus! Take the family on a day excursion around the island with our six bicycles. There is no better way to enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife while you are also getting some fun exercise. Onsite covered parking is available for two cars.

The rental truly provides more than you expect and everything you could possibly need for your vacation: there are 6 bicycles to enjoy; many beach chairs and beach towels; a 3 person inflatable raft; beach toys (including boogie board) for the kids; beach umbrellas; even fishing rods. The quaint Anna Maria island is the perfect get-away destination to relax. The sugar-white, powder-soft beaches are a sight to behold, as is the tranquil, clear turquoise water. The Gulf water averages 84 degrees year-round. Dolphins can often be seen playing. Activities include hiking, biking, fishing, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, sail boating, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and wind surfing. There are golf courses on the island, and 45 more courses within a 30 minute drive. There is a free bus service to get around the island, but for your convenience, our unit is only a three minute walk from a large grocery store and several excellent restaurants

  • The condo was everything we were looking for and more. The location is ideal for anything that you could want to do on the island. All in very short walking disance is the free trolley shop, grocery store, souvenir shops, and the beach access is even closer. It's almost like having your own private beach access it's so well situated. The pool was great also and the condo was very spacious and clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay there again if I would be in the area. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

  • My two daughters (9 and 7 years old) and I spent a wonderful week at Ira's Anna Maria Island condo in early April. The unit was very clean and spacious with easy access to the beach and convenient, close shopping. While perhaps not the ideal place if you're looking for a wild, vibrant night scene, there is plenty to see and do. If relaxation with the conveniences of home is what you're after, this place is ideal!

  • My wife and I will definitely be back. The condo was very comfortable, and spacious. It has a well equipped kitchen and better than usual appliances. Located on a very nice part of the beach. Exhausted from the trip down to Anna Maria, the first night we ordered a pizza and took it up to the roof top deck and enjoyed our first sunset. It’s an easy walk to the Publix shopping center, drug store, etc. You could actually do without a car for the week if you were so inclined. A very pleasant experience; Ira is a good communicator.

Dolphins swimming out front of condo, breathtaking views from upper deck. within walking distance to grocery store and others. Would definitely like to return. Ira was very helpful with directions and recommendations about restaurants.
