The large roof-top deck has a full, unobstructed gulf view, as shown in the photo - so why pay more? Relax and enjoy the sunset from the deck overlooking the beach. Lots of advertisements say they are "close to the beach," but do they have this view from our sundeck? The beach is literally just steps away, with no streets to cross, no complexes to wander through. You are right there!
The complex is a small, eight unit complex, with its own heated swimming pool - so no crowds. The complex is easy to find - just two-tenths of a mile past the bridge to the island.
This large condo (1400 square feet) is definitely a "home away from home" with all imaginable amenities. There are two very spacious bedrooms that can sleep six: the master bedroom has a California king-size bed, the second also has a king-size bed, and there is a fold-out double twin bed. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The two enclosed lanais provide a nice reading area in the morning sun.
The central dehumidifier and seven ceiling fans leave you in comfort without having to blast the air conditioner. Two TVs, cable, DVD, stereo, and CD keep you well entertained while not at the beach.
A full kitchen, with dishwasher and all dishware, cookware and utensils, is included for your convenience. There is a separate dining area. Bed linens and other necessities are provided for your care-free holiday. A washer and dryer make packing easy! Phone with free local calls.
Bonus! Take the family on a day excursion around the island with our bicycles. There is no better way to enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife while you are also getting some fun exercise.
Onsite covered parking is available for two cars.
The rental truly provides more than you expect and everything you could possibly need for your vacation: there are 6 bicycles to enjoy; many beach chairs and beach towels; a 3 person inflatable raft; beach toys (including boogie board) for the kids; beach umbrellas; even fishing rods. The quaint Anna Maria island is the perfect get-away destination to relax. The sugar-white, powder-soft beaches are a sight to behold, as is the tranquil, clear turquoise water. The Gulf water averages 84 degrees year-round. Dolphins can often be seen playing. Activities include hiking, biking, fishing, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, sail boating, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and wind surfing. There are golf courses on the island, and 45 more courses within a 30 minute drive. There is a free bus service to get around the island, but for your convenience, our unit is only a three minute walk from a large grocery store and several excellent restaurants

The property was exactly as described. Clean, quiet, steps away from the beach, close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, and free trolley for traveling up and down the island. The sunsets from the roof deck were awesome. Also enjoyed hanging out in the heated pool. It was a great location to do nothing or to do everything. We visited theThe Rod and Reel Pier and the City Pier. We walked to Peaches Restaurant amost every day for great breakfast, had great thin crust pizza at Solo's, and enjoyed the seafood and atmosphere at the Starfish Restaurant. There were so many other things to see and do, just not enough time to do them. Thanks to Ira for his recommendations and sincerity in wanting us to have a great time and a great vacation. We had both. We plan to return to Anna Maria again in the future and hope to stay again at Ira's.

I highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants to spend time on the beautiful island of Anna Maria. The listing is what you get and more, What amazing sunsets you can view from the roof top deck. Its location is great, close to Publix and CVS, and almost all the best places to eat . The condo is better than what is depicted in the photos. You have more than enough kitchen supples and the washer and dryer is located where you are not bothered by their noise. This condo is very clean and the owner is great with whom to work. Any problems are quickly addressed by a person that lives close to the property.

The condo was just as advertised, clean and well equipped. Loved having 2 lanai's, one for morning coffee, and one for the evening to relax on...A BIG plus was having a washer and dryer right in the unit. Location was great...just as advertised. Just a short distance from the beach, and close to shopping as well. Loved the free trolley. Went one direction one day, and the other direction the next.

this is the best beach in florida in my opinion. the condo is a perfect location. the service is excellent too. i locked myself out and someone was there in 5 minutes to get me back in on a saturday night. the roof deck is awesome to watch rainbows and sunsets. i love the mountain bikes. there was dolphins in waist deep water at the anna city pier. cant wait to get back. thanks Ira....Justin

We spent a week in mid-April with 5 adults (mom, dad, and 3 grown kids). Proximity to beach and shopping were fantastic. Condo is comfortable and well-equipped. Beach and sunset views from rooftop deck are beautiful. Owner and local maintenance people are very helpful and accomodating. We all agreed we could easily have done another week.

Anna Maria Island is everything you could ask for in a beach/island vacation! The condo was ideally situated on the island and is very large, roomy and comfortabe. It has all you need to enjoy your time on the island, easy and close beach access, pool, and things to use while at the beach or pool, such as toys for the kids, umbrella, beach chairs, etc. There are even bikes to use to make getting around the island more fun. The rooftop deck is the best spot to be to watch the most gorgeous sunsets!! This condo is definitely everything we wanted and we have stayed there on two seperate occasions now and would definitely stay there again in the future. Not our last visit to Anna Maria Island for sure!

I love this condo and its amazing roof top deck. Proximity to wide sandy beach and nearby beach cafe is great. We often spend the day playing on the beach then walk lazily to the cafe for a yummy lunch. If we havent already enjoyed the all you can eat pancake breakfast. Lots to do in the area, we explored Bradenton museums and paddled with alligators. You can bike everywhere-great nearby nature preserve you can bike to and enjoy. Ability to walk to groceries and anything you might need is also a huge plus.

The condo is very spacious with all the amenities, washer and dryer and full kitchen. 5 or 6 people don't feel crowded at all. The Gulf view for great sunsets is on the roof, 1 flight up and the beach is just a very short walk away. Publix grocery store and Walgreen's drug store are also within walking distance. Financial details are handled professionally with reasonable pricing. We have stayed there twice now. Car parking is under the the 4 unit condo where bikes are in a closet. Restaurant at the north end of the island on the pier is recommended. Free island shuttle bus.

The minute I walked in the condo, I absolutely loved it. Lost of natural light, spacious rooms, the kitchen was well equipped, perfect conditions for a great stay. The walk to the beach is only a few steps away. The water was clear and beautiful, and even saw dolphins on two separate days. On the weekend, the beach did not get crowded at all, so it was a perfect location to relax and get away, absolutely gorgeous. I live in Florida about an hour away from the beaches so I have plenty of choices on were to stay and I will definitely return to this condo. Also, the owner Ira, was great to deal with and was very prompt in responding to my e-mails/phone calls. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. Amy

We had a wonderful time at Anna Maria Island. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The pool, beach toys and bikes at the condo were great to have. The pictures and description given was very accurate for the rental. Ira was very easy to work with. He was always willing to help answer any questions that we had regarding the property. The air conditioner did quit working one day and maintenance came on the same day and had it fixed very shortly. The condo was very convenient to the beach, just a short walk, and all attractions and shops were close by that we needed. We enjoyed eating at cortez kitchen and the beachhouse. My family went parasailing and totally enjoyed this. The area is very friendly, uncrowded, and absolutely beautiful. We would love to return here. We would recommend it to all ages. I have a 7yr old, 12 yr old and 15 yr old and they all loved the condo and the area.
