Cancellations and Rental Changes
Every reservation is charged a $45 non-refundable processing fee. We ask a 30-day cancellation notice. Our fees for cancellation are as follows: If you cancel 30 days or more from your date of arrival, a $50 cancellation fee will incur. This $50 cancellation fee and your $45 reservation fee will be deducted from your initial reservation deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before your date of arrival, your entire reservation deposit will be forfeited UNLESS the exact reservation can be duplicated to another interested party. cleaning fee $175
