This is by far the best deal that I have ever seen on any condo that is this nice and large. You will stay in a beautiful seventh floor condo (top floor) at Emerald Isle. This condo with its two balconies gives you great views of the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercostal Waterway. Access beaches directly from Condo's property, no roads to cross.
The sugar white beach in Fort Walton Beach is one of the most beautiful you will ever find. There is so much to do in the area from fishing to shopping. This is truly one of the best ways to spend your vacation.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed, second bedroom has one double-size bed, third bedroom has a double-size bed and twin bunk beds, living room has a full-size sleeper sofa ,and a separate sitting room with another full-size sleeper sofa. Total size excluding balconies is 1800 square feet. All bedrooms have their own televisions. The living room and the sitting room both have their own televisions as well.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Isle
I was looking for a condo on the beach for myself. I knew I found the right place when I saw the great view this condo provided. With its two balconies both having views of the beach and the inter coastal waterway it has very unique views compared to other condos.
The Unique Benefits at this condominium
It is very large unit with lots of extra living space. Having the extra living space is a nice extra with kids and/or larger groups. There are a total of five TV's in this condo. The pool is on the beach side of the condo rather than on the road side of the condo. Over all we enjoy every chance we have to go and stay in it.

Having grown up in Fort Walton Beach I spent a lot of time at the beaches on Okaloosa Island. I always dreamed of owning a condo on this white sandy beach paradise. I am lucky enough to have acquired this unit in 2003. After living in it for two years I decided it was just to big of a unit for me. I ended up buying a smaller unit down the beach and putting this one on this rental program.
