This beautiful townhome is snuggled between Vail and Beaver Creek. There is not a better location for Vail and Beaver Creek! An attached heated garage! Free Wireless Internet!
The home has no outside stairs when entering... (Very nice as most places have many steps that can be very icy in the winter). There is plenty of storage for skis or toys in the attached private and heated garage. Great on those powder mornings and unpacking.
Located a mile from Beaver Creek, and five miles from Vail, Eagle Vail is a quiet,and convenient community in Vail Valley that is a well kept secret from most visitors.
You can walk to a Championship Golf Course, Par 3, bike, tennis, roller hockey rink, skateboard park!!
We keep the cupboards fully stocked with staples such as flour and sugar so you won't have to spend extra time or money purchasing small quantities of items you need. We also have a full-sized washer and dryer. The dining area has a large table with seating for ten.
The drive to Beaver Creek Ski Resort is under five minutes, to Vail less than ten minutes. There is a free bus route about a ten minute walk away. From there, the bus can take you to Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, or Breckenridge.
You can also arrange a free, private shuttle to and from the mountain for up to six people.
Excellent location, walk to swimming pool, two golf courses, driving range, putting park, tennis and skate parks, ice skating/hockey/rollerblade rink, wonderful park with two ponds, and community center.
You can see a small lake from the unit. The lake is on a Par-3 golf course and next to the outdoor rollerblade/hockey rink, and children's play area with swings, jungle gym, full soccer fields and baseball fields, etc.
The golf course is Eagle Vail 18-hole champion golf course. You can walk to the driving range in less than five minutes and a shuttle takes you to the clubhouse in less than five minutes. The course is wonderful. There is also a par 3 golf course right out the front door.
Eagle County Airport is the nearest airport which is 20 minutes away. It will take about two to two and a half hours to drive from Denver International Airport to Vail depending on the weather, traffic, and road conditions.
You can pre-purchase discounted lift tickets in Denver at King Soopers grocery store or at Gart Brothers or Christy Sports sports stores in Denver. You can also get ski and snowboard rentals at those places, but is may be more convenient to rent at the Christy Sports in Avon or Vail.

Visited the week before Christmas with my family. This place was great and very reasonable for such a great location. Slopes are close and we love Beaver Creek and Avon even more than Vail. The heated garage and tile warm up room is great to leave all our gear. Spacious condo and setting is beautiful. We are returning again and have already booked our week.

I've stayed there several times, and I love it more each time. This place is cozy and comfortable, and it's in a great location between Vail and Beaver Creek. It's spacious for when our group is large, but doesn't seem huge when it's just the two of us.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME, THE HOUSE IS VERY COMFORTABLE, ITS IN A GOOD LOCATION, VERY CLOSE TO THE BEST SKI AREAS,CLOSE TO THE GROCERIES STORE, GOOD RESTAURANTS. AND IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS WE RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, YOU WILL BE 100% SATISFIED.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. The townhouse was beautiful, and huge. Very convenient to the slopes. I liked the heated garage...and all the new snow. We'll be back.
