This Condominium complex has its own exercise room and games room with pool and ping-pong tables plus board games. It has VCR and Book "libraries" all at no charge.
The Pool and Jacuzzi are situated beside the water's edge and there is a pier for fishing or just for relaxing and watching the dolphins, pelicans and sunsets.
Isla Del Sol (the ISLAND) has award winning Fort De Soto Park and St. Pete Beach with their great beaches within a five minute drive. Also on the Island is an 18 hole golf course which is open to non-members through the summer months. In addition the Shoppers Village which is 400 yards from the Condo has CASPY's Restaurant, which is a reasonably priced full service Bar and Restaurant that has a Piano Bar, featuring Jerry DeMark and the Fabulous Fifi, and Live Entertainment every night with regulars Al Ruggiero and Della Street.
The Owner lives nearby and is available at all times to help with any services needed, or unexpected problems and can also advise on attractions and local events.
