My Family including 2 little boys stayed in the Cottage and it was perfect! Far Exceeded our expectations. We had a small issue with the dryer door not latching and the owner came out and fixed it within a day.We spent a week there and went back and forth to Disneyland most days,it was a perfect combo busy days and coming back to the beach at nite to relax. With 2 little boys it was soo nice to have a home like enviroment for them, they loved the toys that were there.Its was awesome to be able to have a washer dryer so we didnt have to pack as much as well. Dana Point is a beautiful place and we will definitly be back.The Cottage had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay perfect, Thanks so much to the owners and Pacifica Properties for making our stay so enjoyable!!!! We can't wait to come back:)

We stayed in the Cottage unit for our anniversary. It was a great unit! We loved the location, very close to the market and restuarants. We sat on the balcony and looked out at the oceanview. It was a great unit and Dana Point is a wonderful getaway!

We have been renting a summer week from Pacifica Properties for the last several years. We have stayed in the Cottage and Casablanca and have been very pleased with both units. The condos are well maintained and beautifully decorated. Everything is of the best quality and the booking agent was very efficient. We give this company a very Positive rating!!

We enjoyed our stay in Dana Point and the condo we stayed was very well kept-Lisa was great to rent from and true to her word on all issues regarding the renting of our unit, she even arranged for the delivery of the morning newspapers that I requested. All of these factors made our stay very enjoyable and without any hassle. These people are truely have high standards and it shows with their condos and working with them. We have reserved a condo for a month in '07 because of all the above and hope to make this an annual destination. Del Scottsdale, Az
