Come relax and play at this beautiful four season updated, spacious LAKEFRONT home. The master BEDROOM has a queen size bed, its own private 1/2 bath, walk-in closet and a quiet sitting area with chair. There is also a tv with cable. RECENTLY PAINTED AND REDECORATED!
The second BEDROOM has a full size bed, sitting area with chair and spacious full double door closet. There is also a tv with cable. RECENTLY PAINTED AND REDECORATED!
The main BATH is spacious with linen closet, full shower/tub enclosure, full 36 inch vanity with plenty of cabinet storage area. Just bring your toiletries and relax.
The SUNROOM is bright and airy with windows circling 270 degrees, a full size futon, game table with chairs and front and rear doorways leading to the wrap-around deck. A great place to just kick back and watch the sun set on the lake.
The large LIVING area boasts a brick wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, an 8 foot slider to the deck and windows to the peak of the roof for spectacular views day or night. Also, there are 2 couches, stereo system, DVD player, VCR, console TV with cable and a great array of books waiting to be read and videos to be viewed. One couch also folds out into a queen size sleeper sofa. RECENTLY PAINTED!
The DINING area also has vaulted ceilings and a slider leading out to the expansive deck. There is also a slider leading into the sunroom. RECENTLY PAINTED!
The KITCHEN is fully equipped, has a breakfast bar and is open to the dining area and living area. All the comforts of home including dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. RECENTLY PAINTED!
The large wrap around deck starts at the front door and wraps all around the rear of the house. It overlooks the stocked, picturesque lake. There are tables, chairs and umbrellas for your dining or relaxing pleasure. There is a gas barbeque for entertaining or just relaxing.
We supply a rowboat with oars, an awesome 2 person pedal boat, and don't worry about firewood - we supply that too (seasonal). It's all here waiting for you to enjoy!
There are many local restaurants and wineries in the area, as well as candle stores and a cheesecake factory. There is also a brew pub with their own locally-brewed beer for your drinking pleasure. Don't forget to stop by The Crossings, an outlet mall in Tannersville and Poconos NASCAR raceway. There is also a great indoor/outdoor flea market in nearby Marshalls Creek. Lake Wallenpaupack is a short drive away if you want to jet ski, water ski or use a motor boat.

We loved staying here for a week. We relaxed, and enjoyed the lake and the boats. We were very happy with house and the area. It quit and very peaceful.

The house is situated on the lake and the views are very pretty. We had a lot of fun using the boats and fishing off the house's dock. This place is conveniently located to get to a lot of great sites and activities like Bushkill Falls, Marshall Creek shopping, Tobyhanna State Park... to mention just a few. We had three kids and two dogs with us and found the house cozy and comfortable.

We like to rent after the summer when things are a little quieter for us and our 2 pups.. We had a wonderful time hiking the Pa State Parks during the week and the lake house was a perfect retreat for when we came back from our daily trips .... The house has a very pretty view of the lake and although we did not use the boats or the BBQ -- we did enjoy sitting on the deck watching the sun set... the morning fog was also enjoyable while having breakfast on the patio.... I would recommend this rental for anyone interested in bringing their pet with them on vacation ... We hope to return again ...

My husband and I stayed here in July 2011 for a week with our dogs and had a very pleasant and relaxing time. It was so nice to be able to bring the dogs - so we appreciate that the home was pet-friendly. The home is not luxurious but is perfectly nice for a simple retreat - and it is exactly what we were expecting based on the pictures and the reasonable price. The lake view is lovely. We would certainly return for another vacation. (One recommendation for visitors would be to bring your own lounge chairs for the wonderful deck if you like to lie out in the sun...there are plenty of regular chairs for the deck, but nothing to stretch out/lounge on).
Recommended for:Pet owners, romantic getaway.

This was a very enjoyable, comfortable place to stay, with good views of the lake from in the house and on the spacious back deck. We also enjoyed the opportunity to use the peddle boat, which was fun. The house would benefit from just a little updating here and there and correction of a few minor fix-it issues, but nothing major unless little things really get under your skin. For my wife and I, nothing was really a problem. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer, as well as the full kitchen. We often ate our meals on the deck, enjoying the view of the lake and the wildlife (deer and geese) that came by. As a recently married couple, we enjoyed our time at this home. I don't know if our travels will ever lead us to the Poconos again, but if they do, we'll consider staying at this home again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I stayed at this Poconos lakefront house over the Memorial Day weekend with a few friends. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the expansive lakefront deck, with gas BBQ, chairs, umbrellas. The view of the lake is gorgeous, and we had a great time taking the boats our on the lake. The house was well-kept, and although it is not fancy it is perfect for a quiet getaway. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. I would definitely recommend this house, just note that it is a gated community so you have to plan who is coming more than other rentals. Also, note that you must supply sheets. Overall, a great experience for a convenient, quiet, beautiful lakefront rental.

i had a great time at this rental. I was there for 4 day and it wasnt long enough. There is so much to do in the area and the owner was very accommodating. I love the home and the area. I have 2 dogs and i loved just taking walks with them every morning the area is just amazing. i am definitely planing on renting again hopfully soon. thank you so much Joseph Alcantara

This property had everything we needed! The location was amazing, and we all felt safe having a guard on shift 24 hrs every day. Ski resorts, shopping, and casinos are minutes away. The view from the deck is amazing! We will be renting this property again in the near future!! Be assured a comfortable stay at the Poconos!

My husband and I needed a little mini vacation. The weekend spent here was very relaxing. We went to Bushkil falls not too far from area and shopping centers. There was a lot to do. I suggest bringing a camera when you sit outside. Also not far from the casinos. I would rent this property again.
