South End of Playa Audiencia, a Pleasant 5-Minute Walk from Condo - Manzanillo, Mexico Vacation This Manzanillo condominium is an easy five-minute walk from beautiful Audiencia beach, made famous by Bo Derek's movie "10." At the beach there are restaurants, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking and other fun activities. The condominium has a great ocean view from the balcony. It is safe and quiet within a gated community and has a nice swimming pool. The condominium is air-conditioned, and has a kitchen with range, microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator, one bedroom with a queen bed and a futon, and one bathroom. It sleeps two to four and includes weekly maid service. Our visitors' happiness is important to us! If there is anything that we can do to make your stay more pleasant, let us know!
