Captain Mac and Korin invite you to stay at our T'Ree Palms Guest Home. We are located in a peaceful neighborhood with no adjacent neighbors. Homes in Estate Fish Bay are mostly occupied by their owners-real St. Johnians. If you come to our Island Paradise to party hearty, we are not the right place for you. If you desire the starry night sky, the endless Caribbean Sea view, luxuriating in your pool and spa, peace and tranquillity - then you need search no longer. T'Ree Palms Guest Home awaits YOU.

Central air-conditioning, tinted windows with shades, beds that adjust from plush to firm with the touch of a button, linens of Egyptian cotton or cotton sateen of 320 count (it feels sooo good) are basic to each bedroom. The Palace Bedroom regales you with walls of red and gold and the soothing sounds of a waterfall. The Carnival Bedroom will make you smile with its twinkly lights and bright colors.

Your morning eye opener is a view of the Caribbean Sea all the way to where it falls off the edge of the world! Your coffee can be savoured poolside between the massaging of the warm jets of the spa and refreshing plunges into the spacious 10 by 22 foot pool.

Dining is mainly alfresco on the covered deck that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. I so relish eating grilled fish while watching the boats glide past. This is an excellent vantage point to see the whales and dolphins when they cruise the area.

There are four beaches/bays available by foot. All are far from crowds and have excellent snorkeling and sunbathing. Our winding dirt roads are challenging for brisk walks or runs. My personal favorite is to hike the Fish Bay Ghut (yes GHUT). Amidst the boulders and sometimes fresh water streams is a tropical forest so far off the beaten path that I have yet to encounter a tourist. Maybe you will be the first?

  • Location is good and view of Fish Bay excellent. Quiet, Clean, Comortable, well Maintained and well appointed, all the way down to the Tervis Tumblers. Much care provided to make your stay "special". Highly recomend T'ree Palms.

  • T'ree Palms was everything that we had hoped for. The house/property was clean and comfortable; most everything we needed was there. The location was excellent. Away from the noise of Cruz Bay, but convenient to shopping, groceries, and beaches. The porch and pool/hot tub were favorite spots, with a beautiful view. Mac and Korin provided a nice balance of privacy while making us feel well cared for. They were there when we needed them, but otherwise we felt like the place was ours alone. We enjoyed daily treats, bird feeders on the porch, and fun house guests (a large stuffed Santa and Mrs. Claus provided Christmas spirit). We had a very merry Christmas in the Caribbean, and would recommend T'ree Palms to anyone traveling to St John.

  • This was a remarkable experience to myself and my family. Hospitality, care you guys provided was the best, it can not be better... getting of the ferry we punctured a tire, Mac, who great ed us at the ferry, took us home and was so carrying, that he did not mind to make a trip to St. Thomas on his own and get a new tire for us. This was only beginning, we had all care that we needed, and we had been with two small children, who enjoyed pool and jacuzzi and would probably stay all the time if could. Dear, Korin and Mac, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your house is like a fairy tale, I never expected so fantastic decoration, absolutely astonishing, every detail, every little thing so perfect, just excellent, beds, linen, cutlery etc was perfect. We even had all necessary sunblocks,lotions etc provided. View and tranquility is astonishing, even weather, in spite of the season, was just perfect.   • What a WONDERFUL Place! The Pool and hot tub were magnificant! Mac, Korin and Barb gave the greatest advice and yummy treats for after our long days at the beach and bars. The hammock on the deck was MY spot to watch the stars at night and lights from the cruise ships out past Fish Bay. Not to far from anywhere on the island (after you get use to driving those hills!) Can't wait to go back!

  • We had a wonderful week at the T'ree Palms Guesthouse. Mac, Korin, and Barb were extremely welcoming and made our stay all the better. Korin picked us up at the boat and helped us navigate the tricky St. John roads to the house where Mac had our rental car waiting for us. As first time visitors to the island, this was very helpful. We also went on a fishing trip with Mac and Barb where we caught only barracuda, but we had a great time. We were a little hesitant at first to rent where the owners would be upstairs, but found that it was never a problem. Other than when we sought them out, we never even knew they were there (except for the tidy kitchen and delicious baked goods they left for us each day while we were at the beach). The pool and hot tub were always clean, and we enjoyed spending time on the patio by the pool after a day at the beach. All-in-all, we highly recommend T'ree Palms and would be happy if any potential renters would like to contact us about our experience.

  • Our stay at T'ree Palms was amazing! We relaxed in the pool and spa, ate our freshly grilled tuna on the deck, and slept in very comfortable beds. Snorkeling at Trunk Bay and Hawks Nest was incredible, as well as hiking, shopping, and touring St John. We look forward to a return visit to T'ree Palms this winter.
