This was a remarkable experience to myself and my family. Hospitality, care you guys provided was the best, it can not be better... getting of the ferry we punctured a tire, Mac, who great ed us at the ferry, took us home and was so carrying, that he did not mind to make a trip to St. Thomas on his own and get a new tire for us. This was only beginning, we had all care that we needed, and we had been with two small children, who enjoyed pool and jacuzzi and would probably stay all the time if could. Dear, Korin and Mac, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your house is like a fairy tale, I never expected so fantastic decoration, absolutely astonishing, every detail, every little thing so perfect, just excellent, beds, linen, cutlery etc was perfect. We even had all necessary sunblocks, lotions etc provided. View and tranquility is astonishing, even weather, in spite of the season, was just perfect. I can not describe all pleasures that we had at your place, just accept my statement: we had wonderful vacation! Thank you, sincerely yours Dana Banelis, MD Decatur, ALDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/6

In my opinion St. John's is like heaven on earth and our stay at T'ree Palms was like a little piece of heaven. We were a large party - 12 in all - and the accomodations were just as advertised, providing ample room for everyone and had everything we needed for our stay. The view was breathtaking. Fish Bay is close enough to town so that it was not a problem getting to the store or downtown, but far enough away so that you felt like you had the island to yourself. I would highly recommend this property! We did not meet the owners, but dealt with them by email, they were responsive and helpful. We were met by the property manager's representative, Liz, at the dock and she was very helpful, getting us to the car rental place and to the house. We rented two vehicles from two different rental companies my recommendation would be Bougainvillea, very laid back, no stress! Our two best meals were at the Fish Trap (dinner) Cruz Bay and the Tourist Trap (lunch) over by Coral Bay - near the Salt Pond. I can hardly wait for my next trip to St. John's!!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

we rented T'Ree Palms for a family vacation in St.John, there were 3 generations, grandkids, parents and grandparents. The listing description was accurate, the house layout was great and overall the property was well maintained. the landcasping is beautifully done and lots of fruit trees surround the pool. The two sets of grandparents took the upstairs while the parents and the young kids were downstairs - having 2 decks, 2 kitchens/living rooms was very helpful, we never felt like we were on top of each other: everyone got to relax in their own space and also spend time together for lunches/dinners either upstairs or downstairs. The house amenities were great, everyone loved the pool AND hot tub. Having 2 gas grills was great, we cooked lunches by the pool and dinners upstairs. Never bothered with the AC units, the large screen doors, ceiling fans and uphill location provided more than sufficient breeze. Kitchens were equipped very well, the upstairs one in particular had high end utensils, knives and appliances. The house also had a large collection of music, DVDs, kids games, toys, books. plus an upstairs and downstairs stereo system that had a built-in iPod/iPhone connection/charger. Of course, Wi-Fi was included. The house was so wonderful that on some days, instead of going to St. John's amazing beaches, we opted to just relax on one of the decks or hammocks, swim in the pool or soak in the hot tub. Alternatively, on beach days, everyone was looking forward to returning to T'Ree Palms to relax. The view from the pool deck overlooking Fish Bay is amazing, at night you can see a sky full of stars while soaking in the hot tub. Last, but not least, the owners were great, very easy to contact/communicate, we arranged everything very quickly. they were very patient with us and our many inquiries prior to the trip. We had rented other houses on previous visits to St.John and for us, T'Ree Palms was the perfect mix of size/features/price - this is the first property we will check availability in 2013 when we plan on coming back to St. John.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

My son was just married on the island os St. John, and more than anything I wanted our entire family to be together, perhaps one last time. When we found T'ree Palms I knew the space would be large enough for us all, but I had no idea how beautiful our accommodations would be.The view from all levels overlooks the island below, with a pool and hot tub similar to an infinity pool. The location of the villa is nestled within beautifully groomed, lush tropics. T'ree Palms was filled with everything we could possibly need, including steam irons for wedding wear, and hair dryers. The villa is beautifully maintained, inside and out, with a unique touch of beautiful island artwork. We were fortunate enough to also rent the studio apartment, which is attached to the villa. As the villa is separated into three different living spaces, there was privacy and comfort for everyone. Those who stayed up late and enjoyed the pool under the stars didn't disturb those who retired early. T'ree Palms offers a lush, luxurious vacation hide away, magnificent in every way.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My husband and I travelled with our 3 teens and both of our mothers. The property was spacious and very comfortable. Everything we needed for cooking was available and it great condition. The balconies were awesome places to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Fish Bay. I would recommend this property to a friend. I would not recommend this property for those who have trouble with stairs.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

Really had a great time. The house was nice, quiet secluded, with a great view south out to Fish Bay and the ocean. Great shaded porches for relaxing, hammock on each level (2 levels). Hot tub and pool and garden on the lowest level. Ended every evening with a dip in the lighted pool, and relaxing in the hot tub. Upper level is recently renovated, big open floor plan. Kitchen was very well stocked, with all the appliances, pots, pans and accessories you need. Perfect for a relaxing escape, close enough to Cruz Bay to pop in to town in 10 min. Without a doubt, would love to visit T'ree Palms again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This exceeded my expectations by a shot. The place was wonderful and Ron the caretaker was incredibly helpful. The kitchen was decked out and allowed you to cook gourmet if you chose. The villa was so fresh and clean with fun touches of color choice and fun tile mosaics. My children had a blast. We were traveling with my sister and her kids so we rented both the upstairs and downstairs for the week. Ron was like MacGyver and prepared for anything and everything. He inspected our tires and inflated then, he gave us a loaf of his home-made banana bread and showed up with and arsenal of lighting devices minutes after we had a power outage. We did not want or need for anything during our stay! Thank youRecommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

My wife and I and our two children, 13 and 17, stayed on the lower level for a week this summer over July 4th. We had a remarkable time and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of T'Ree Palms. The location was ideal. Only 10-15 minutes from town, yet at the 'end of the road' and halfway up the ridge overlooking Fish Bay and with a direct view south and into the ocean breeze. The lower unit is really more of the middle unit as it overlooks the pool and patio and has this amazing porch that stretches the length of the house. Driveway on the left, banana trees on the right (and the fresh banana bread our hosts shared with us was delicious!) This unit was perfect for our family with two single beds on one end, a comfortable queen bed on the other and a very comfortable kitchen/living room in between. Thanks again for a wonderful home base for our vacation this summer. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. It was great to finish each day at the beach with a dip in the pool and/or the hot tub. I also loved grilling steaks by the pool with the view of Fish Bay out before me and a cold Red Stripe. Lovely!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My family and I recently spent 2 weeks at T'ree Palms this spring and it was a really great time. We had every kind of trouble with weather delays and grouchy airline employees and didnt arrive on our scheduled arrival day. Mac and Ron couldn't have been more concerned about what was going on with us during this and very helpful to the point of rearranging the next day in order to meet us etc. Once we did arrive we couldn't have been happier. Best Auto was waiting for us at the dock(nice touch) and then Ron picked us up at Best. From there Ron let it be up to us rather than decide for us when he would help us get provisions. We chose sooner and so Ron patiently waited as we did a weeks worth of stocking up. Arrival at the house was a really great feeling that we made the right choice. The home was welcoming but the hosts were really what made it for us. Ron and Mac couldn't have gone out of their way for us enough. Anything we wanted to know or do they helped us anyway they could. The fish that we were able to eat thanks to Mac was exceptional and we would just like to say Thank You Mac and Ron and Korin for a great vacation with no worries and alot of fond memories. From reaching out with an email and then having Korin to bounce questions off of to the house and pool and decks then to Ron and Mac so helpful we couldnt have asked for anything more. I'm already trying to figure out my next trip back! You are tremendous hosts and your place is tops.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
