my fiance and i took a trip to maui and we stayed here from sep 3 to sep 11 of this year. we stayed in the master bedroom and it was amazing. the interior was elegant. the manager was friendly and helpful. the grounds were gorgeous. the location to shopping centers and activities and most importantly the beach were spot on. a nice 5 minute walk and there is the beach. shopping centers also with in walking distance. highly recommend this property if you are going to visit maui.. and the price for what you get awesome!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The Beach House is in a great location in Kihei, close to shops, great restaurants and a short drive to some of Maui's best beaches. The house is very comfortable for a family and is in a quiet location, it has all of the amenities one would expect. Our host Hope Marie was extremely helpful with information about Maui and things in general, and helped make our stay a great holiday. We would definitely return to the Beach House. Regards Darren

Great place, clean and Hope was so gracious to our entire family....would definitely recommend this home ...may want to buy some scissors and more pans and maybe even a pizza cutter otherwise nice!

We were in Hawaii for a friend's wedding and rented out the beachhouse instead of staying at a hotel. The ammenities were perfect, everything we needed to feel the comforts of our own home were there as well. I only wish we could have stayed longer, The site manager Hope Marie was more than accomodating... The first night we were there, strong winds knocked a tree over and fire department had to cut the cable and telephone, Hope was there within an hour or so to take care of the problem!!! Wow, talk about service... I will definately recommend the beach house to friends and family and hope to stay there again soon!!!!

We stayed at the Beach House March 25 -March 30. Unfortunately it was not long enough! Great location - easy walking distance to Kihei (although we did have a car). House in very good condition and the family could spread out and enjoy. Well equipped, full kitchen, living room etc. TV was acting up - but then we didn't travel all the way to Maui to sit in front of the TV. Hope was very gracious and got us out of several jams: one a locked bedroom door (?), thoughtful arrival drinks and chocolates, and later a wonderful cake. Thank you. Tha beach house is lovely. Great family vacation spot.Though you would likely want a vehicle, you could easily get by without one.The house is located within walking distance of shops, resturaunts, pubs, and beaches.Hope made sure we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with chocolates and baverages the evening we arrived. Later in the week Hope dropped off a gift of island fruit and cookies.Thank you again Hope.

The beach house was great. It is spacious and nicely equipped. It is a block from the beach. It's also very close to all the shops in Kehei. The best part is our host, Hope, - she made sure the property is super clean and all our needs are met. She leaves us drinks, cookies as a welcome gift. She really made us feel like we are coming home. What a vacation!

Hope, was a an excellant host. She took care of minor details for making our stay the memorable one. The house was very clean, but need to have better pots and pans. All the pots were without intact teflon coverings. Need tohave cutlery for 6-8 people. Overall, very nice place to stay!

We had a GREAT time in the Beach house. We enjoyed the lanai in the early mornings as well as the evenings. My whole family simply enjoyed being together and enjoying the aloha spirit on Maui. Special Mahalos to Hope for her assistance when we needed it. The neighbors were kind, the scenery was fabulous, and the location was first rate. Mahalo for a wonderful time.

The beach house was conveniently located to most of the sites on Maui. I vacationed with two other families and we had FUN. Each family had a separate bathroom (this was great). The house is exactly as the pictures show.

We rented the Beach House from March 1-15/08. (two couples plus a single). We found it spacious and clean and loved the huge lanai - we spent most of our evening time out there. Hope and her husband were both very helpful and we knew if we needed anything she was just a phone call away. Had a wonderful time in Maui as usual and wouldn't hesistate to rent the property again if a group of us were planning to go at the same time.

Great accomadations.It would have been nice if it was closer to a usable beach so we didn't have to pile everyone in the car everytime.Was really dissappointed to see the coin operated washer and dryer. Thought it would be included in the price and it took 2 times to dry a small load.Everthing else was wonderful. Great to have use of the lawn chairs and boogie boards.It would have been nice to have towels replaced every couple days, especially since we had to pay to wash them ourselves. Hope was very friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed at the Beach House December 31, 2007 to January 7, 2008. It is a great rental, with plenty of space for 6 adults and one infant. We were able to rent a crib for the week and our baby slept perfectly in it. The house is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and the beach. If you do stay here, the Kamaole beaches are close and are driving distance. We also visited Big Beach in Wailea which was fabulous. Hope is a great host! Her husband is very nice too. The whole process was very very pleasant. Remember to bring quarters if you wish to do laundry. Mahalo again Hope!

Great property, it was very clean and had everything we could want including chairs, coolers etc for the beach. Although Hope had injured herself and was not feeling good, she was still the perfect hostess, we couldn't have asked for more. The only slight irritation was having to have quarters for the washer and dryer and the fur on the lanai from the neighbour's cat. Still, we really enjoyed our vacation in Maui and having a lovely house like this to stay in made it all the better. Thank you.

We loved our stay at the Beach House. We couldn't have asked for a better host - Hope was amazing and soooo beyond helpful!!! It was so nice to enjoy the immaculate grounds and clean house - perfect for our group of six. The only complaints we had was that the lanai furniture had quite a bit of cat hair and hairballs due to the nieghbors cat spending a lot of it's time there. We also would have liked to have known that the washer/dryer is coin operated which was disappoiting, especially since it took two rounds to dry every small load. Despite these things the house is beautiful, in a great location, and we loved our stay. We would definitely return and stay here again! Thanks again, so much, to Hope for all her wonderful attention to making sure we had a great stay!

We stayed at the house for a week in October and were very pleased with it. The location was nice and quiet, with lots of room indoors and out on the lanai. We especially enjoyed the neighbor's cat, Fiona, who visited frequently! We didn't get to meet up with Hope, but her gift of Chinese pretzels was an interesting treat - thank you! My only real negative would be discovering that the washer/dryer were actually coin-operated. It would have been nice to have that mentioned up-front at least, although I'm not sure why they had to be coin-op anyway, instead of included in the price. Otherwise though, the house made a great home base and we really enjoyed our time on Maui!

I would like to give a huge thanks to everyone for a most wonderful vacation in Maui. The house was outstanding, and Hope's customer service was more than I can honestly say I've ever experienced. I will certainly tell me friends and family (already have in fact) about your business and I'm looking forward to using your service again in the future. My daughter and I and another guest rented this house so we could attend the wedding of an old friend, which is where we were the morning of our last day on the island. Other wedding guests showed up at Makena beach for the wedding, and when we told them about our deal with you guys, they were all jealous! They stayed in very small very expensive hotel rooms. We stayed at the beach house Sept07 and loved it. We were traveling with our parents and 2 young children. One set of parents took the upstairs bedroom, and we took the two downstairs bedrooms. We also rented the cottage for our mom. We had plenty of space, for ourselves and together. Big kitchen and BBQ to cook with, and we almost always enjoyed our meals outside. The grounds were beautiful and the house clean and comfortable. Hope was delightful and very helpful. The nearby beach, however, was smelly and not a good swimming beach. So we always drove to other beaches. But it was in a good central location and very affordable. We would definately recommend it!

Aloha from UK! We rented the house for 4 days in August adn had just the best time. The house was immaculate and well positioned on the island. With 3 bedrooms it was plenty big enough for us and our three ever growing sons. Although we sadly did not get to meet Hope we had several telephone calls and emails and she was nothing short of fantastic. We would love to come back to Maui sometime and we would definately rent the beach house again. Aloha and Mahola!

We stayed at the house from Aug 6 through 13am and got out right before not only the earthquake hit but also Flossie. This was, by far, the best place we have stayed. The house was immaculate, in a central location and had lots of room. Hope is one of the nicest and most helpful people we have ever dealt with on Maui. Not only did she call to welcome us to the island but she also turned on the air for us prior to our arriving. She was always available if needed and was just an all around really sweet person. As this will probably be the last time our family gets together on a vacation (due to all of them being older now),it will be a great memory for all of us. One caution, if your allergic to cats, let Hope know ahead of time. The neighbors kitty (Fiona) is a backyard resident and loves to help with the barbque. We actually wanted to take her home but they said they liked their cat and wanted to keep her. We'll be back hopefully in Nov. I would highly recommend this home.

Aloha, We spent a week in July on Maui together with our family from Germany and had a really wonderful time at the beach house. The layout of the house made it perfect for a group of six people and having three bathrooms after a day on the beach is just great. The immaculate condition and location of the property as well as nice neighbors make you feel right at home - away from home. We also like to thank Hope for being such a nice and helpful host. Since we definitely will come back to Maui next year we are already looking forward to stay at this fabulous place again.

She even came to replace a toilet seat screw that came loose while we were there! Jim only meant to let her know that it should be replaced (after we left) but she wanted to fix it before we left! A month after our family's return from our private retreat to Maui, and our stay at your wonderful beach house, we are all still aglow with the great memories and feelings. Aloha, We rented the three bedroom condo beach-house and it was just great. The many conveniences that were left at the house for us to use was really great, as we used the coolers everyday, the toys for the baby and all the items necessary for a 18 month old were there for our use. Hope was just great, and always avalible if we needed anything at all. She was especially helpful with suggesting a good place to eat or where the nearest farmers market was. She was very professional, and we all thought she was just great. A nice touch was the bottled water in the frig and the delicious chocolate candy, ummm good, when we arrived. the house was so comfortable, and had everything we needed right down to the beach towels, and boogie boards which we had a blast with. The baby especially liked the water hose with the sprinkler that was in the backyard, especially on those hot afternoons. Something that simple, wet the baby loved it. My husband and I also stayed in the Palm Cottage, after my daughters family left to go bakc home. It was very comfortable, very well furnished, idle for a couple. I would recommend both residents to any and all that I know are fortunite enough to travel to your beautiful Island. We already know someone that will be coming to Maui and have already recommended your property. We will truly miss Maui and those beautiful beaches, we visited. Mahalo to Hope for makeing our stay so very comfortable. Aloha Hope till we meet again, soon I hope.

From the Birthday Welcome surprise in the refrigerator to help finding a dentist for an emergency root canal, she was a constant source of help and information that only could have been provided by someone with her love of Maui and long experience in managing rental property. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, the beautiful landscaping and the amenities that greeted us when we walked in the door our first day after traveling what seemed like forever. Hope checked on us frequently to make sure that we had everything we needed and was always available when we called with a question. I can’t imagine spending another vacation on Maui anywhere else! Hope even toured us through Palm Cottage and the Studio when they were vacant when we mentioned that we would like to return next year with even more of our family. I highly recommend the Beach House should you need 3 bedrooms. The house was perfect when we arrived and Hope was extremely helpful upon our arrival. We had some local chocolate and water waiting for us in the fridge. Hope is a very gracious host and was very helpful in getting us around the Maui and letting us know where to shop for the best bargains. She is a great lady and the owners should be honored to have her as their property manager. Mahalo Hope and all the people associated with the property. We will be back.

Our experience at the Beach House was great! We were fortunate enough to be there for 4 weeks, met a sister and her husband from Canada and even had our Japanese "daughter" and family come and stay with us for a few days. The lower level is completely comfortable for 4 people and our Japanese guests, were pleased to have the upstairs unit were they could relax with their little boy of 1-1/2 years. Hope, our host, went out of her way to make us welcome and comfortable. The little gifts were humbly excepted, we even went and found Patticakes Bakery after tasting the delicious pound cake. However a note to future guests, "Don't bother to go to the bakery because their wares can be found in numerous stores and they really do not have a store just a place to bake". On our next trip to Maui, we would certainly consider the Beach House again. Hope your stay may be as memorable as ours was.

My husband and I rented the 3br/3ba and have 5 kids. It was more than enough room. It was beautiful, tranquil, relaxing and so much fun. We loved staying in a residential area and having the feel of local life. The home is I think considered to be in South Kihei but with the grocery stores and restaurants on both sides I think it is more central than south. Everything you need is close by. There were six adults and 3 small children all under the age of 2 that stayed in the Beach House. It was perfect. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. It was so great that they had beach supplies, cribs, towels, etc. for us to use while there. Our parents stayed in the Pineapple studio right next door. It was PERFECT! We had surprised my dad for his 50th birthday with a trip to Maui and it turned out better then we had expected. Our accomidations were amazing. Thanks! We will be back!

We stayed in the Beach house with our 20 month old daughter and parents in Dec 2005. Hope was wonderful at arranging a crib and all the necessary equipment for our daughter so we didn't need to bring anything from home. The house was perfect for the five of us, giving all of us our own space, but great areas to spend time together too, especially the Lanai. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. We would definitely recommend it.

Mahalo so much! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. "Our" house made it so much easier to visit all my relatives! We could come and go as we pleased and always had a comfortable place to hang out. I can't wait 'til next year. Many of my cousins (who live on O'ahu) are interested in renting it in the future too. The rates are very reasonable and the location is perfect! Close to everything! Mahalo, and see you soon!

What a great vacation home! It was perfect for two families with four young children under five and one grandpa. I had my room to which to retire when necessary and yet plenty of space to play with the kids. I wouldn't visit Maui again unless the Beach house was available. Reasonable rates, too.
