This fun and inviting home is appropriately named "The Sandy Flip Flop," formerly "Comfort Zone." This Key West-style home is well appointed with a unique open main living space. All of the amenities of your own home come with this rental. The house is located just across from the incredible 12,000 square foot resort pool, a short walk to the new village, and 400 yards from the beach.
This three bedroom/three bathroom house with a loft will comfortably sleep 12. This house is set up great for families with kids and can also accomodate 3 adult couples with recent bedroom changes.
The first floor bedroom has a queen and set of bunks, the second floor guest room has a queen and bunks, the master has a king and the loft/ tower has a set of bunks with full size on the bottom and a queen futon.
We have all the amenities of home including Sony Playstation for the kids, speakers throughout, outdoor patio with grill, two adult bicycles and much more to make your stay comfortable.
Seacrest Beach Resort provides carriage service to and from beach. All you need is your bathing suit and beach towels to enjoy your stay in your own "Sandy Flip Flop!"

What a fabulous home this is. The location is just perfect - such a short walk to the beach and right across from the awesome pool. The home is newly redecorated and very clean - something that is always important to me. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our kids loved the bunk beds which are everywhere! We also appreciated that the home has 2 adult bikes for our use. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing this beautiful home and for making this vrbo experience so enjoyable for our family. We will definitely be back to Comfort Zone!

Pictures do not do this house justice! Very large and open floor plan. Kitchen fully stocked and all appliances and countertops are brand new. Bathrooms have also been redone. This house was incredibly clean and comfortable. It took our young kids six minutes to walk to the beach and Comfort Zone is just across the street from the pool. The backyard is fenced in and our kids loved running around in it. Very rare for a house in this subdivision. We loved this house and will definitely stay here again. The owners were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this home!
