  The house was great for our family Spring Break vacation. Jenn was easy to work with in making the reservation. We came with our three kids (teen, preteen and toddler) and the grandparents and had a wonderful time. The house has one bedroom and bath on the first level, two bedrooms and baths on the second, and a third floor room that was great for the kids. A nice big kitchen allowed us to cook at home (they have basic kitchen utensils and dishes - we did bring an extra pan and mixing bowl that made it easier), and the big living area was great for relaxing. The house is a 5 minute stroll to the pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach (there is also a free beach trolley you can call for a ride) and easy walking distance to both Rosemary and Alys Beach. The neighborhood is really cute and there are wonderful shops and restaurants in walking distance. The beds were comfortable and there are beach towels, beach chairs, and even some beach toys to take with you. We have rented several homes in the area and this one is a favorite and we will certainly stay here again.

  We have vacationed in the Seacrest Beach Resort for several years. The Sandy Flip Flop is by far our favorite! We had a total of 11 people (6 adults, 5 kids), and the spacious floor plan was perfect for us! Never before has a living room area been so comfortable at accommodating so many of us. We were able to relax after a day at the beach without feeling were cramped. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean and well kept. With 5 kids and it being peak season we cooked in every night and always had exactly what we needed in the kitchen. The decor is exactly what I wanted in a beach house, we LOVED this house and can't wait to return!

  We recently had a fabulous vacation at the Sandy Flip Flop! We have been visting the area for the last several years, and have stayed in many different houses in Seacrest Beach. This is by far the best, most accomodating house we have stayed in! We had 3 families (all with children), and there was plenty of space....the house is very roomy, love the set-up! It is decorated great, and has everything you will need for a great vacation! We love Seacrest Beach, it is a super vacation area for those with children, everything is family friendly! Can't wait to go back next year, and it will be so great to NOT spend hours searching VRBO....we will be at The Sandy Flip Flop!

  My family stayed at the Sandy Flip Flop this past May 28-Jun 4. We have been visiting this area (Destin usually) every year for the past 15 years or so. We had never stayed in the Seaside/Seacrest/Seagrove area and decided to try it this year. We loved it! A huge part of our enjoyment was the house we stayed in - The Sandy Flip Flop. Not only is every picture exactly as it looks - but the space in the house cannot really be appreciated until you are there. We all had so much room and enjoyed the accommodations tremendously. It is a great house for multiple families and the kids will adore it. The community pool is by far the nicest pool of anywhere we have ever stayed. We went to the pool as much as the beach this year because it is so nice. It is huge and you never have to worry about finding chairs or a space for your group. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to everyone that we know!

  My wife and I stayed at the Sandy Flip Flop with two other couples and their infants in early May. Our whole group agreed that the house was perfect. After an extensive search on VRBO.com we chose the Sandy Flip Flop and were all very happy with our decision. As other reviewers have stated, the house is spotless and the owners are very easy to deal with. The homeowners go above and beyond to ensure a great stay – from making their bikes and beach towels available for renters' use, to providing a propane grill. Perhaps our favorite aspect of the house was the location. We not only walked to the beach and the enormous Seacrest Beach pool, but given the house’s proximity to both Rosemary and Alys beaches, we were also able to easily walk to many different restaurants for breakfast and dinner throughout our vacation. We took advantage of the homeowners’ suggestions in the info folder when deciding where to eat – all of the detailed suggestions made us feel like locals! Our group of friends will definitely stay at the Sandy Flip Flop the next time we head to the gulf coast – we feel lucky to have found such a great place.

  The house is beautiful. The downstairs living area is painted a beautiful "beachy" blue and the furniture is perfect for a beach house. The upstairs is also beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the bedroom decks and reading our books. The tower was enjoyed at night by the younger teens and we also enjoyed the tower balcony during the day while reading. The house was very comfortable and there was tons of room for everyone. The house is in a great location in the neighborhood - very close to the pool and convenient when coming and going in and out of the neighborhood. The two bikes that come with the house are perfect bikes - very retro looking and cool. Rosemary's Beach is so close and convenient. We definitely recommend the house - there's plenty of room for a large family or families vacationing together. Appreciated the fact that they supplied beach towels (one less bulky thing I had to pack), beach chairs and beach floats.

  We can not say enough good things about this home.One of the best rentals we have experienced in our many years of travel. We had the good fortune to stay at this Seacrest Beach house for the month of March. The description and photos in the listing do not do it justice. It is beautiful and Chris and Jen made the entire experience easy. There was plenty of space to handle many friends and family who came to visit us while we were there. The home has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. It is very clean and with the open floor plan and a large front porch you do not get in each others way. It is convenient to the large pool across the street and the pure white sand beach within 5 minutes walk or free shuttle. The near by Village of Rose Mary Beach is people friendly with several nice eating places, entertainment on the square and stores and is only a 10 minute walk from the house. Park your car and enjoy everything you will need for a wonderfull vacation. We will certainly rent this beautifull home again when our travels take us to that area of Florida.

  Our family had the privilege of staying at "The Sandy Flip Flop" after Christmas into the new year. It was a wonderful that. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at this home. It is close to the beach. Location is great. House was stocked well. Tons of sleeping areas. Overall vacation to remember!! Sandy Flip Flop is a great place to stay if you are looking for a place on 30A

  Wow! What a great place to stay while vacationing in Florida. The house is just beautiful and well stocked with all the amenities of home. It was large enough for our whole family without getting in one another's way. The huge pool area is across the street, and the house is located within a short walking distance to the beach, even for our small grandchildren. The owner and the location manager were great to work with, and helped us enjoy a wonderful week in the sun. We loved it and will certainly go back whenever it is available.

  My wife and I stayed at this house for a week last fall and had the best week ever spent in Florida. The home was large, beautiful, clean, and well furnished. The beach access was close and easy and swimming pools were simply great. The owner was wonderful to work with and a local "manager" called on us to make sure we knew that if there was anything we needed, how we could get in contact with her, and told us that if we called that she would be right over to take care of any problems. Without question we will visit this home yearly.
