Sunset from the Balcony (Same View from Bedroom and Sundeck) - Sandestin, Florida Condo This is a one-of-a-kind Rooftop "Penthouse" condo at Beachside I in Sandestin Golf and Tennis Club. The large amenities of the SGTC-golf, tennis, Finz, health club, tram, beach umbrella and chairs, kayaking, para-skiing,etc. are fully accessible to our renters by Sandestin Amenity Cards provided to each person at no extra cost.Additionally,RENTER HAS OWN PRIVATE GARAGE WITH GOLF CART,13 BICYCLES(KIDS AND ADULTS)AND MANY BEACH TOYS. In addition, our renters have special, unique amenities described in bold. 4133 has Hi-Speed Internet and a 802.D wireless wi-fi permitting hi-speed internet from all areas of the condo as well as other areas up to 1000 ft. from the condo. 12 private bicycles and a storage closet of kids beach toys stored in private garage are also provided at no extra cost. The most unique feature of this rooftop complex is a spectacular 300 square foot rooftop open sun deck with sun exposure from sunrise to sunset!! This completely open sun deck also provides an incredible panoramic view of the Seascape and the Sandestin Resort from the ocean to the bay. The sun deck additionally has a George Foreman electric grill, a food preparation area with kitchen utensils, storage areas for kitchen utensils, and a sink with running water allowing complete dinner preparation and an Delightful dinner for the family outdoors on the sun deck-the ambiance of this dinner area is extraordinary with no noises but for the ocean waves striking the shore-this is the favorite dining area for family and close friends. This unique sun deck also has a private 4 person hydro spa with 10 jets and variable temp control and a kiddies pool 48in.in Diameter .Relax in the messaging water.The ocean views from the hydro-spa are unsurpassed,especially the coastline,the Ocean and the sunsets. The open deck and the rear deck provide delightful panoramic views of the beach as well as the entire Sandestin complex covering 2400 acres from the ocean to the bay including Baytown Wharf, the Sandestin Marina, 4 golf courses, etc. A miniature golf course and recreational area including, carnival rides, a large water slide and a basketball court is directly behind the condo. The sun deck has a dining table which converts to park benches from which you can enjoy the panoramic beach views, the sunset etc. as well as outdoor dining with the ocean sounds only and none of the annoying noises in public restaurants. There is also a separate balcony coming off the master bedroom and living room which is covered should you desire to avoid the sun or other elements of weather. This balcony has a second dinner table. These outdoor areas because of their rooftop setting have a constant soothing wind, an extraordinary panoramic view on all sides and all day sun exposure unequaled by virtually all condo units. Both the sun deck and the balcony have dining tables and seating for 4-6 persons so you have 3 separate dining areas (1 inside and 2 outside).All are private, quiet and tranquil!! The indoor areas are newly remodeled. The kitchen has has an over sized microwave attached to a newer stove, a new 2 door 25 cu.Foot-refrigerator and a modern dish washer, a 20 bottle wine cooler and tiled counter tops. All rooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a marvelous panoramic view of the beach in both directions and sliding windows that open to enjoy the breeze or the soothing sound of the ocean waves when you go to sleep. The master bedroom has a unique ladies make-up table,with a mirror which changes the light to allow you to see how you will look in bright sunlight and at night. This separate vanity allows the ladies to "Do their thing"without interfering with use of the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV/DVD, stereo CD . A third small bunk room has two full-length beds, a storage area and a TV/VCR/DVD and makes a delightful private room especially enjoyable for children and teenagers as well as "Children of all Ages"-Many adult renters enjoy the 2 full-length aero-flex beds which adjust the mattress firmness with a hand-held control.
