The Roman House is the ideal holiday home for those who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in Rome. The house is located in the top floor of a 7-storey building with lift. The house was recently renovated and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 / 6 people. The Roman House is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, fully equipped kitchen, safe, washing machine, whirlpool, terrace with grill, table and sun loungers. The house comprises a large living room where there is a double sofa bed and a sofa-bed, one double, one single room, dining area, bathroom with Jacuzzi and terrace. The house is situated in the heart of the Latin of the appliance, a few meters from the Via Appia and the metro station 'Long Bridge' (line A). Wir haben Ende Oktober/ Anfang November 2010 3 Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sie liegt nur weniger als 5 MInuten von der nächsten Metro entfernt und mit der Metro ist man dann in wenigen Minuten am Termini angelangt. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten es in der Garage rechts neben der Eingangstür unterbringen. Wir kommem gerne wieder.Owner response: very good peoples, i hope will come back next time

Volevo ringraziare Paolo per l'accoglienza ricevuta e la disponibilità fornita. La casa è come da foto, molto vivibile e gli spazi sono molto ben distribuiti. Noi eravamo solamente in due ma la casa puo' ospitare tranquillamente 5/6 persone. Inoltre il terrazzo nelle stagioni piu' calde è senz'altro un valore aggiunto... La metropolitana è veramente a due passi e si raggiunge qualsiasi parte della città in pochi minuti. Buono indirizzo che questo appartamento. non lontano dal centro con la metropolitana. pulito. abbastanza spazio per 5-6 personne anche se noi eravamo solo 3 e dunque ancore più spazio !!!! Il caffé la mattina al ultimo piano era molto piacevole per comminciare la giornata. l'Ho già consigliato a parechhie persone ! GRAZIE a Paolo e Andrea!Did you find this review helpful? appartamento molto carino e completo di tutto il necessario. situato in un punto molto comodo infatti attorno all'appartamento si hanno tutti i generi di negozi e fermata della metro proprio dietro casa. l'unica la casa non era perfetta sul fatto della pulizia ma dopo una leggera pulita non si hanno problemi. Consiglierei a chiunque di andare dalle famiglie ai ragazzi che vogliono passare qualche giorno da soli!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

la casa è molto ben curata, dal terrazzo si possono vedere bellissimi tramonti su roma, vicino c'è tutto ed il centro è a due passi, ve lo consiglioRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
