Our custom built home is located in historic Tahoe Meadows, a 100 acre gated community with a private beach in South Lake Tahoe next to Stateline, Nevada and just across from Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. Our 2400 square ft home includes new construction surrounding historic great room with open beam ceiling, large brick and copper fireplace, knotty pine paneling, hardwood floors and cathedral windows.
The kitchen features a custom bar curved around a five burner Viking gas cooktop and all new appliances. Cathedral windows look to the face of Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. The house is beautifully furnished with custom made leather couch and chairs; the master bedroom features an heirloom four poster mahogany double bed with down comforter and down pillows.
All rooms, great room, kitchen and two downstairs bedrooms feature glass doors that open out to deck which has gas grill and patio furniture for summer use. Convenient location boasts five minute walk to private beach and ten minute walk to Heavenly Gondola, casinos, movie theatres and shopping. The house is surrounded by trees and the location feels very rural and peaceful though we are close to many attractions.
