Our house is a Spanish Colonial -bungalow dating back to 1923! It is fully renovated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and carpeted bedrooms. We have one bdrm with a CalKing sized bed, and one bedroom that has a Queen sized bed. The bathroom has shower, tub, toilet and sink. The kitchen is nicely done with granite counter tops, a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, washer and dryer. The livingroom is cozy and is decorated in blue and white - perfect beach house colors. The dining room has a table and six chairs. The front porch has two chairs for enjoying a nice summer night! The front yard has a grassed lawn, and rose bushes,a lime tree, and other beautiful flowers. The back yard has a gas BBQ and a small table and chairs for two. The back yard is fenced with a gate. Over the garage we have another rental apt that will be occupied by a professional couple. Parking is available on the street.

Belmont Shore is the 'trendiest' area of Long Beach. Second street - has shops, cafes, many good restaurants, and interesting boutiques. There is lots of activity going on day and evening. Our house a 3-4 minute walk to 2nd street, and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy peace and quiet in a friendly family neighborhood - and then enjoy the beach and the shops when you are in the mood!

Why the Owner Chose Long Beach: We chose this property because it is so well located near to shops and restaurants and the beach, and yet in a good quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. It is very well located to get into L.A. (32 miles) to get to other interesting beaches along the coast like Huntington Beach and Laguna and Seal Beaches.
