This is a large, fully furnished, cottage-style condominium located in the Truman Annex just two blocks from historic Duval Street. The Truman Annex is a gated community of homes and condominiums surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and trees. Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, with its large beach, is a five-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk from our front door. Breath-taking Key West sunsets are just a few minutes walk from our front door. Forget the rental car since we provide bikes (two) making any destination in Old Town only minutes away. A reserved parking space s available if needed. Enjoy many of the fine local restaurants and witness the world-famous Key West sunset at Mallory Square.

Our recently updated condominium is decorated in a tropical theme with all the amenities of home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is located on the second floor with a private bathroom. The first floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and a pull-out, queen-size sofa is available in the living room. French doors open from the living room onto a large tropical landscaped deck area where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or nighttime barbecue under the Key West stars.

You will feel right at home in our condominium with the many personal touches we have implemented as part time residents of Key West. Your stay in Key West will be truly memorable with this very unique location and the privacy afforded by a "home-like" atmosphere of this two-story condominium.

  • My husband and I stayed in the unit with our 2 children ages 4 & 5, along with my parents. The condo was very clean, bright & cheery and also nicely decorated. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning under the shade of a giant royal poinciana. We made friends at the pool which was always refreshing. Great location to everything especially Blue Heaven...where the snapper is truly heaven. Great vacation - we would return in a heartbeat and recommend this Shipyard Cottage to anyone.

  • My husband and I absolutely loved your condo! It's so beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the fact that it was so close to everything but far enough away that we could relax and get away from the busy streets. The pool was very nice and relaxing.   • This was our fourth trip to Key West and first time renting a condo. I was so pleased at this size of this condo and convenient walking distance to Duval St., Mallory Square and main Key West attractions. This condo is so comfortable and certainly has all the amenities of home. Very cozy, clean and equipped with all the essentials for a family vacation. We would definitiely stay here again over any Key West hotel or resort. The pictures and detail of the property lived up to every expectation. Thanks for a great stay!

  • This was a great place to spend a weeks vacation! The condo was so close to everything. I'm already trying to figure out when I can come back! The hammock on the back deck was a great place to spend some quiet time. The area itself is quiet as well, which was nice to come back to after a night on Duval Street! Great place!

  • I can not believe I am the first guest to leave a comment. This condo is amazing. My daughter & I spent a week there and it was the most comfortable place I have every stayed in Key West. It is located in the greatest spot, easy to get to Old Town and even easier to get to the beach. I would recommend this home away from home to anyone who wants a place that lacks nothing. Thank you to the owners and their son for making our stay perfect.
